The breakfast offered great value for money, and the location of the accommodation was absolutely perfect — we could walk to all the major attractions. The staff were also incredibly friendly. If I ever come back to Lyon, I would definitely stay here again.

Old fashioned room keys that you leave hanging on a numbered board and then collect again on your return. One lady and man receptionists were excellent, pleasant and helpful, other girl could barely be bothered to get off her phone and just waved us to the key board which didn't seem very secure.

Good buffet breakfast and pleasant staff in the dining room. Central location close to Metro and tram and bus stops, in the "v" between the 2 rivers of Lyon, lots of places within walking distance. Very clean and quite large modern bathroom. Has aircon.

The fridge did not work, and was badly needed during the recent heat wave. Reported to staff and requested someone look at it or replace it, the staff seemed unconcerned and not interested in doing anything about it.

The lift stopped working. Breakfast was disappointing though we weren’t charged for it in the end. Shower had a tendency to leak onto the floor.

The elevator is very small, and the sign said it only held two people. As we were on the 5th floors, it was a challenge with the luggage. It wasn't a huge issue for us but could be a problem for someone with mobility issues.

The location was fantastic. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Our room was quiet at night even though the street was busy.

Excellent a/c during very hot weather. Room was well lit with good reading lights. Lots of power and charging points. Decent breakfast. Excellent location for getting to the sights, for using public transport, getting to stations etc. Very quiet room and location on pedestrianised street. Decent bars and eateries nearby. Only a short walk to the old city.

Great location between the two rivers. I walked everywhere and plenty of eateries and shops nearby. Great lighting in the room and it was very spacious. It was good value and nice bright decor. Not noisy and great block out drapes.

They asked my credit card number additional to my id just in case that something will be damaged in the room. It's not right because I am client of booking not them. I gave it in any case

Since it was very hot, the air conditioner did not work properly, it could not cool the room, and the minibar only cooled the drinks slightly. The floor is completely carpeted, which was also unpleasant, especially for those who are allergic to dust.

It is a very quiet and tidy hotel. With friendly staff and service. The location is ideal for both walking around the city and using public transport. The room was clean and all the conditions were created for a comfortable stay. It is worth noting the beautiful balcony overlooking the street. The street is pedestrian and there is no noise from cars. It is an ideal hotel for a few days get away.

The second day my room received no cleaning services and therefore no replacement supplies and I ran out of toilet paper - I got back late from work so was too late to go find someone. There should be extras of essentials kept in the room. This was remedied the next day, but annoying. Also no fridge in the room was inconvenient.

Location was fantastic, along a pedestrian street and very walkable to the university (where I was going for work) and the old city, lots of nearby amenities. Staff was friendly and check in/check out was easy, room was surprisingly large for a European hotel.

Excellent location. 2 metro stops nearby which allow you to reach the whole city, and Vieux Lyon is a short walk across the river. Lyon Perrache station is also nearby for regional trips by bus or train.

very basic and insufficient tolietries. Shampoo was small and of very low quality. Soap was very small. Nothing extra. There were paper cups instead of proper glasses. Also cofffee was instant and very low quality. Nowadays even low-end hotels have proper capsule machines. It was not a problem for us because we stayed in the weekend but there is a construction in the next building. They started working at 8 or 830. IT may bother if you want to sleep in. The doors were old school keys, not practical but no big deal.

All staff were very helpful and friendly. 24 hour reception is very convenient. It was a basic room, no frill but clean and did the job. Large bathroom, normal sized bedroom. Location very close to 2 metro stations. Walking distance (5-30 min) to most sights
