Sofa was a tad run-down. Wooden table and chairs were sticky, didn't feel clean to us. Lady at the desk said it was because of the cleaning products used. We do understand that restaurants and bars need supplies, but the non-stop ballet of delivery trucks really early in the morning wasn't very pleasant. Lady at the desk said we should have chosen another more expensive apartment. No comment.

Some of the fixtures and fittings (kitchen equipment, sinks, door handles, etc…) are showing signs of overuse.

Location was great, I had a fantastic view of the mountains from my lounge room window.

Pre-authorised 300 Euro to cover damage to the apartment was a bit of a surprise, but they didn't take anything because I left it spotless.

Clean, convenient and a reasonable price for the area. However, more suited to a family group staying a week or more.

I ran out of toilet paper despite travelling alone, there could be another roll there. Running out of hot water can also occur if you use the bath tub, so be mindful!

I felt the room was excellent. Terrific location, and above all the value for money was superb, all things considering. No fancy service, but this was a perfectly fine trade-off considering the wonderful price of the room.

had to make beds ourselves and empty rubbish bin and deposit sheets at reception . It was a very low budget set up - price was good for this , but instructions only in French and thought they could have instructions of kitchen in English.

The bedding was for a single bed, but I had a double; I had to ask for more. I wasn't told about the festival/event that was being held over the weekend. In my view, when I booked, they should have warned me, as I didn't get to sleep until 2 am each night because of the band and music playing, and fireworks! The event then started again at 8am with a loud commentary.

The place was fine - basic but had everything. The view would have been fantastic except for the festival.

Sadly they had forgotten to leave sheets and towels in the room. Quite a serious omission really. As it was late when we noticed this we tried to contact staff via email and telephone and called the emergency number twice but had no response (reception was closed). So we couldn't shower and had to sleep without sheets which felt unhygienic. What was truly disappointing was the attitude of the establishment. There was no apology. I was told I should have been more persistent with my phone calls. After leaving I emailed the manager to express my disappointment and have still had no reply despite a follow up email. This is what is really disappointing for me and such a shame.

The residence is easy to find, clean, quiet and next to the Blanea so great if you want to spend time there. The facilities are clean but small which is not unusual given the price. We were 3 so it felt okay. The kitchen equipment was good and I loved the individual box of kitchen essentials i..e washing up liquid, dishwasher tablet, sponge that was left for us.

It was an apartment with chores to do on the way out, which was not noted on Booking.com. This is NOT a hotel. You have to put your own bed sheet , remove them and bring them to the reception desk in the morning and clean the apartment before leaving. Plus there was only a bedroom with bunked beds, no actual bedroom with a full/queen bed. My husband and I had to sleep on the sofa that turned into a very poor and super hard bed that had a big gap in the middle. We were there just for one night. This apartment is for multiple days. Finally the towel heater in the bathroom was not working.

Maintenance needed. Kitchen floor had a loose dangerous metal tile edging that I sliced the side of my foot on. It was badly repaired previously with screws and tape. Kitchen flooring needs replacing.entrance steps also need tiling. Fans not working in toilets.Top price paid for this time of Year but expected better. Perfect for 2 or 3 people. Definitely not 8 as advertised.

Area and convenient to an event I was attending.
