Aircon in our room was really noisy, we were told to turn it to high while we were out and then turn off when we got back!?! Glad weather wasn’t too hot! As we were booked for 4 nights we would have appreciated some drawer space.

Great location, very friendly knowledgeable , helpful and attentive. Bed really comfortable and a great breakfast.

Good location, just on the edge of the town centre and although near railway station there was no noise. Really comfortable, well equipped room but did upgrade to deluxe/large double. Quirky design, a bit more interesting and characterful than a standard hotel chain.

Nothing! It’s quiet, convenient, clean and had everything we needed!

Perfect location to access the train and an easy walk to all the sights around Tours. The staff are all incredibly friendly, the simple breakfast each morning was complete and beautifully presented, and the a/c and water pressure were outstanding!

Proximity to the Gare - Perfect Everything was in walking distance - Tourist Bureau, Various landmarks ne sights, shopping area, restaurants and cafes. The bed was so comfortable I had the best sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved that the staff remember your coffee order and made it for you each morning.

The location-unfortunately once it gets dark the streets change and it didn’t feel so safe to be out walking. It would not keep us from staying again, but we were glad we asked the staff about after dark and we were told it would be best to be back in the property fire totally dark. Thankfully with summer sunset so late we were able to spend a good amount of time out and around Tours. Parking can be challenging, we lucked out with a space right around the corner, street level, but there is no lot on the property. Underground paid or street parking.

We liked the clean modern feel. The bed and linens were very soft and comfortable. Great room service with very friendly, smiling staff. It is a great location as far as getting around the city.

Great location, loved the decor, large room with comfortable bed and balconies. Everyone who works at this hotel is courteous, helpful, professional and welcoming. We shall return!

Very good breakfast with lots of choice. We had a medium sized room and it was a good size and very quiet despite the hotel being close to the main station. Excellent hairdryer (so often a disappointment). All the staff were pleasant and helpful. We would stay again if we were visiting Tours.

complimentes to the young 'concierge' who had to handle three false fire alarms on the 20th July at 7:00 in the morning, grumpy guests accordingly, and the the complete breakfast all on his own!! Kudos!!

We very much liked the hotel’s unique stile and how even though there’s no restaurant/kitchen open in the evenings, it’s still possible to order warm food in via the room service. Very comfortable option when travelling with kids 😊

We liked the place a lot! Super nice, clean and comfy. We were on a road trip with kids (5y and 5m) and staying in the family room was excellent. Even though the hotel does not have a parking of its own, there’s a 24/7 paid parking lot underground just 100m away - super easy and comfortable to use.
