Great location with the most fantastic host. Carole is amazing with her guidance of the area and her breakfast was superb, on your own private terrace. The room was huge and so comfortable and quiet. It is a safe area and you can park your car with ease. Go book this wonderful place and you will not be disappointed.

We spent a long weekend at La Villa Topi and we had an amazing time there. The venue is charming, quite and relaxing and our kids could enjoy the spacious garden and the beautiful swimming pool. Carole, the host, is simply perfect. She adds a great value to this property. She is always smiling, helpful and ready to make your holiday seamless. The breakfast was fresh and rich every morning and we also had the opportunity to have a dinner in the garden and I have to say that was the best evening in Antibes, great atmosphere, delicious food and everything curated in details with passion and dedication by Carole. For sure we will return.

Wonderful villa, silence, fresh air and birds singing. The best thing for a holiday. The friendly and welcoming hostess of the villa Carole cooked delicious breakfasts and was very sociable. The villa has a lot of greenery and a swimming pool. Our apartment was large, clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back here again. Thank you very much Carole, we send you our regards. Thought it was odd that we were charged extra for eggs at breakfast. Other places we stayed included them. Small thing really.

The owner was excellent...so kind and thoughtful. Lovely villa with a pretty garden. Rooms were nicely decorated and positioned to give you privacy from other guests when you say outside your room.

We liked everything!

The property is beautiful, the room lovingly decorated, private, and perfectly comfortable. The host, Carole, welcomed us warmly and anticipated our every need. Breakfast was delicious and elegant, and served by the pool. Plume the dog was an unexpected, sweet bonus. Of course you will need a car, preferably small, to see the area. Antibes is just a very short drive. We would happily stay here again.

Villa Topi is a mini paradise. What a beautiful place, especially the garden area... The rooms were very comfortable and nicely air conditioned. Carole was a superb host along with her lovely dog Plume and made us feel so at home. Breakfast was excellent and she made us a wonderful dinner one evening. If you want a very relaxing and peaceful holiday in lovely lush surroundings, this is the place to stay in a beautiful part of the Cote d'Azur! :) Thank you for everything Carole - we hope to return one day and see you again!

Our stay at La Villa Topi in Antibes was simply delightful. Carole, our wonderful hostess, made our experience truly special with her warm hospitality and excellent recommendations for local attractions. The villa is a gem, featuring uniquely themed rooms that add a charming touch to the stay. We loved spending our afternoons by the beautiful swimming pool, which was perfect for cooling off. The table tennis provided some fun entertainment, and breakfast by the pool was a daily treat with fresh bread, pastries and fruits. Overall, La Villa Topi is a perfect retreat on the French Riviera. Highly recommend!

We were worried that we booked the smallest room, but it was way more spacious than we expected. there was hidden space for our luggage. We had two full size carriers and there were no problems fitting in those. The pool was gorgeous and the host welcomed us with warm hospitality.

Very beautiful surroundings. Great location to use as a base to travel to other destinations around Antibes, both at the coast and inland. Very kind and helpful hosts. Carole cooked us an excellent meal one evening around the pool. Comfortable large suite room.

Heavenly. The host, Carole is so nice and sweet. Very clean, breakfast by the pool was excellent, the garden is superb. We stayed 2 nigths, and we spent an entire day at the accomodation instead of going to visit because it was so beautiful that we didn't want to leave that place.
