Although the pool area was gorgeous, it was surrounded by shrubbery so the insects came out in the late afternoon. Spraying the plants with a suitable insecticide, in season, would help extend the time you could spend around the pool.

We had a wonderful stay in this fabulous 19C villa. The on site managers (with special mention to Jennifer & Christian) could not have done more for us. The breakfast was one of the best we had during a month of travelling in France. The rooms are well appointed and the pool & view of the garden simply gorgeous. It was an easy 10-15 minute walk into the old town of Beziers. This was full of exceptional places to eat. Pika Pika & La Table de Jean were particular favourites. The recently refurbished main market is definitely worth a visit- we never had time to eat at L'Hallegria, it's anchor restaurant- may be next time !

Stunning property with modern facilities in a historic setting. Room exceeded our expectations and was very spacious and cool. The staff were exceptional and very accommodating. Easy to walk to the city centre and great restaurants in the area. We went to Beziers because of the property and were not let down. Ended up having a great night out there.

The whole place was fabulous and the service was outstanding, I wouldn't hesitate to go back and have already recommended to friends and family. I had a massage in the spa which was arranged by reception who also advised on some excellent restaurants. The breakfast was fabulous with a great assortment of pastries, and cold meats/cheeses with cereals and fresh fruits. We were also offered eggs to our liking. It was only on the second day that we saw another guest so it was a great place to relax and unwind.

Possibly the most chic hotel in existence! The staff are wonderful, so helpful and welcoming. The building itself is beautifully decorated and has been tastefully converted. Excellent breakfast, with gluten free options. I’m looking forward to returning.

One of the most incredible hotels I’ve stayed in, La Villa Guy is beautiful. The hotel is traditional but modern, designed beautifully but also very functional. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. As well this the staff were all incredibly welcoming and helpful, particularly Christian and Jennifer.

What a wonderful place to stay! Villa Guy is small in terms of number of rooms, but the rooms are beautiful, spacious and unique. Its garden of I guess 10.000 m2 right next to the old city is wonderful. An exceptional breakfast that is really worth enjoying (in our experience that is quite unique)
