Very small bathroom and shower, more thorough cleaning in the room required (dust in bathroom vents and above the door), heated ski shoe racks would be nice.

Excellent location (ski lift Tufs right in front of the door), good breakfast, a nice bar, very friendly staff. Possibility to park the car in front of the hotel for checkin/out.

Breakfast was very good. Fresh bread and very good coffee. Perfect location. Family run hotel with very friendly and caring staff. We felt like in a home rather than a hotel. So helpful all the time. Will recommend!

Location is unbeatable, staff are superbly friendly and helpful. Cosy little bar closes at 8.30 so ideal for a quiet drink after skiing or before going out but means there's no noise reaching the bedrooms at night.

The property is looking tired in places, particularly my bathroom. Also, we were disappointed that they had stopped doing a dinner menu which had received excellent reviews.

The location of the property is excellent in the centre of Tignes Val Claret and the staff were very friendly.

The bathroom was a bit of a sauna because the heater was an overachiever 😂

The people were really lovely and helpful, I forgot my watch charger and they managed to find one for a short time. The location, is literally on the slope and on Xmas day I was able to easily see the 300 ski instructors going down from the mountain. The breakfast had the usual good croissants 😍

The front door had a door code which seemed to start rather early in the evening! The keypad was a bit dark so I had to use my phone torch. Very minor problem.

Great location.quiet but near all services, near the funicular and near where my footpath entered the village. Kind and helpful staff, eg efficiently and cheerfully organised a taxi transfer for me. Room nice with great views and balcony with flowers. I enjoyed the eco lighting in the halls on timers and the fact the hotel had not been unnecessarily "modernised" . Plentiful breakfast with hot coffee.

Wifi is slow, but 4G works fine most of the time depending where you are - I have unlimited data on my phone, so I just used that instead. I suspect that wifi is slow in most places around there - it's in the mountains!

Very hospitable, friendly hosts. Spoke great English but also let me speak my hesitant French when I wanted to. Absolutely brilliant location (the best we've ever had in terms of convenience), bigger room than we expected. Breakfast was simple but absolutely fine, lovely bar and lounge. We spent a very comfortable afternoon catching up on work in the lounge with a beer when we couldn't ski because of whiteout.

Perfect location for lifts, ski in, ski out. Immediately backs on to the plaza and ski school meeting point. Family owned friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nice little hotel bar to escape and relax (with cake!)
