It was easy to find, very welcoming, check in was fast, rooms were very comfortable, modern and clean.

The only thing is we Would have preferred a room higher up but it wasn’t available. We would have been able to use the balcony more as on the 2nd floor it’s v overlooked. We did love the hotel though .

Perhaps breakfast being included would have been great however there wasn’t anything else I would change.

Lovely hotel, comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Lots of menus from pool menu to lunch and dinner. Pool was lovely.

Parking not included in stay, at £330 I’d like it to be included. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice but served in a cramped space so at peak time was a bit chaotic

Lovely hotel. Beautiful room looking out onto the wheel and harbour. Fantastic location, I’m walking distance to everything. Nice little gym but small. Rooftop pool area nice. Fab family space with separate lounge area.

The staff. The staff. And one more time, the staff. Examples: Our breakfast waiter was rude and impatient. The barman was somewhat better, but was still annoyed with us for the audacity of ordering a drink (heaven forbid when you're at a bar)... But the absolute worst was room service. They told us that they have never heard of Ketchup, that bringing utensils up when they forgot to bring them with the food "someone else's problem". The staff are absolutely shocking and could have ruined a trip. My advice, stay for the hotel and it's facilities but don't expect anything from the staff that work there. That way you won't be disappointed.

Loved the facilities, location, food and amenities. They are all tip notch. Lovely hotel in a great location, right near all the restaurants and bars as you could want. Food in the hotel was fantastic and fairly priced

Would have liked small cartons of milk to accompany the teabags & coffee sachets and cups for hot drinks. We only had 2 glasses for the water.

Location firstly, short walk to the old port. On site car park Good selection of fresh fruits, nuts, yogurt, pastries and hot foods for breakfast. The water fountains in the corridors to refill the room bottles.

We paid for a “privilege room” and we were in a room which faces the Aquarium, which was very noisy and right above the smoking area for staff so we could not sit out on the balcony. Unlike most hotels the loo was separate from the shower. I know this is common in French houses, but have never seen it in a hotel. It meant that when needing to wash your hands after the loo, you touched the door handle and then the outside of the handle of the shower room and also had to wait for the shower room to be free before you could wash your hands. Surely this isn’t really hygienic?

Lovely modern decor. Very clean. Spotless white linen and towels. Comfy bed. Iron board and safe in room. Lovely big windows and nice sunset from this side. Great location just to the south of the main centre / vieux port.

The bed in the room was so large that it literally left nowhere to open one suitcase let alone the two that we had. Although the staff were friendly and helpful we felt as if we were being 'processed'.

Great location, excellent facilities. Good breakfast. Balcony bar overlooking the harbour.
