Underfloor heating came on during the night and we could not turn it off, helpful staff came to resolve the next morning thankfully 🙂 We had to pay additional tax in this accomadation but not in any other.

Very dark, no outside space and no lift. Be careful with the front door entry system as my husband got a shock from it.

Brilliant location and very quiet. Parking in a large private garage just round the corner.

Location was great, near public parking where we were fortunate to park - but I imagine it's often luck. And parking in Arles is expensive compared to other places we found. The apartment was clean and well planned with everything one needed. A shout out for Arles which was a delight.

Left us with just two coffee capsules an no kitchen detergent. But these were relatively minor issues.

A larger quantity of basic supplies (tea towel-toilet paper- coffee - dishwasher tablets) would have been good for our 8-night stay.

Somewhat difficult to find by car.

Excellent location in old town Arles, walking distance to musea. arena, restaurants etc, in old townhouse with, unexpected, modern facilities. Private garage available.

The apartment is a bit dark however the lighting is good. The couch is uncomfortable and needs replacement. There is only 1 washing machine and dryer for the apartments only available after 7.00pm. It was almost impossible to access.

Excellent location. Walking distance to many historical sites. Good restaurants around the corner as well as a boulangerie and charcuterie. 2 small supermarkets also very close by. The apartment had most of what we needed. The bed was a good size and comfortable. The 2 small walk in robes were appreciated.

Everything was fine and good value - but could have been improved with better quality pillows and a better mattress (both beds we had used memory foam mattresses - which - in my opinion - are not comfortable.

La Residence is located close to the River Rhone in a narrow street within easy walking distance of the old town with its many sights, restaurants and cafe's. There was a short walk from the secure parking that the accommodation staff had organised for us. Jecilla was very helpful, professional and informative. We stayed 4 nights in total, (3 in one room and 1 in another (due to a booking error made by me !). Both were a good size, with decent facilities including a well equipped kitchen. The second room in particular was very generously sized and would accommodate a family with 2 or 3 kids in the separate bedroom. I'd recommend for more independent travellers that like more freedom and flexibility than a traditional hotel provides.

The Booking website leads one to think that there is car parking at the establishment. Actually, their parking garage is across the river, a half-hour walk away. The website could have been more up-front about this. Clients can readily realize that this part of the old city does not have much parking available. There were no instructions on how to operate the induction stove-top. Some "oldies" don't know this technology.

The location - in the historic center of the city - was exactly what we wanted. Close to the river. Close to the Van Gogh exhibit we came to see. And, the apartment itself was worry-free.

The shower holder was broken, causing the showerhead to fall repeatedly, which was quite frustrating.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center. The apartment was spacious and cozy, featuring a well-equipped kitchen. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The most important - the staff were friendly and always willing to help.

The stairs up are a bit difficult if you are a bit older but I suppose really worth it once you get there.
