Not much, maybe the bathroom could have been slightly cleaner and better equipped, but it's no biggie.

I liked this place so much. In general I loved Toulouse quite a lot, and the hostel was in a great location, where it's quiet but also not isolated from the rest of the city. The staff were super nice, one of them waited for me during closing time just so I could check in without trouble. Lucia was also really nice to talk to. The room, bathroom and common areas were also quite nice and clean.

My only concern was how hot the room was during the night with no air conditioning or ceiling fans. There was one small fan for the entire room for 6 people and it didn’t reach anyone.

Very cozy place, with a big social room with couches and a table. There is an outside space with plants as well. The room I was in had its own private bathroom that I shared with the girls in the room and a private kitchen. I liked the hostel very much. It felt safe because there was a double security method at the entrance and you can only enter with a code. There are grocery stores nearby and the bus stop to the airport is really close.

We stayed here after a hiking holiday in the Pyrenees so we weren't expecting the Ritz (or anything like it) but some decor / decorating is a little aged and the place could do with a fresh coat of paint. Apart from the aesthetics it's a perfectly good hostel.

The hostel is within easy walk to the city centre on a very quiet street really close to the university. The room was really clean and the staff were really friendly.

There could be more plug sockets avalaible in the rooms, other hostels have them built into the bunkbeds. The rooms are quite hot but there are fans provided.

Kitchens in the rooms are well equipped. Rooms themsleves are very basic but have everything you would need. There are extra bathrooms off the hallways which are super handy. Absolutely fabulous location, very central. Staff are all lovely and friendly. Padlocks for lockers provided which is super helpful!

I was in six-person room Veniza. The microwave rotating plate was incorrect and too big for that machine. However the machine worked and could be used using an ordinary microwave safe plate instead. The electric kettle did not work. Both showers were slow to drain and more than a few minutes in the shower resulted in water up to the user's ankles. Two of these points, one and three, were manageable. I do not wish to be seen as over critical, I'm just trying to be honest and helpful.

Good location.Friendly, helpful staff, value for money. The good points of this hostel far outweighed the points I did not like. I enjoyed my stay.

The fridge in the room didn’t work. I was gonna put some drinks to get cooled as it was warm in the city. Also, a shower gel could have been in the bathroom. I used my soap so it’s a big deal tho. A missed the towels but I know some hostels don’t provide it. I used my own so it was ok.

Location. That was the main reason I chose this place. Merci bien :)

Everything was great except one staff member. He was Italian, not sure of his name, but before even asking me my name or saying hello he had asked me a personal question about my appearance. I don’t know this guy, and he doesn’t know me, so what right does he have to immediately ask this question to me. Disgusting behaviour from him.

Everything was great, the room was spacious the beds were comfy and the hostel had a good atmosphere. Made friends there easily.

The bed is not comfortable enough. The location is a little bit far away to the city center.

Whenever I moved on my bed, it was loud. No space in the shower to put you soap etc. and also no space for your clothes, and no private space for you to put on clothes/getting naked in front of the shower in my female dorm. Beds with curtains would have been nice.

The vibe is simply very nice! Staff was friendly, I like that the beds are made out of wood and that there's space in the rooms. It's also good that there's a kitchen with fridge, keetle, mirocwave and pans and pots. Love the location as well! There's a private garden/outside space as well in the hostel.
