Host, Mathieu was absolutely fantastic and hospitable . Clean, cozy, comfortable and breakfast was fulsome, delicious and homemade. Bed and breakfast style. Everything you need is in the apartment.

A home away from home; with excellent local hosts - Mathieu and Caroline. Mathieu took the time to orientate me, shared great eating locations and tips to experience Avignon through the eyes of locals. A beautiful property, generous space, historical features preserved with the modern comforts.

The location was ideally located within the city walls but it was very quiet at night The accomodation was cleaned dayly so everything was nice and clean Breakfast was optional, but is highly recommended! And mostly Mathieu was a great and kind host with many ideas for fun activities and helpful suggestions

Great location within city walls. 5 minutes to town centre and attractions. Our host, Mathieu, was a brilliant host, and he sent us helpful instructions and tips for restaurants. The apartment was spacious and clean and well equipped. The terrace a geat addition. We cooled down and relaxed in the pool after a day of exploring. Breakfast made by Caroline is exceptional. A great find

The host was awesome, the place is pretty big. The kitchen is equipped. Easy walking distance to everything, old city Avignon is very small. Carrefour a four minute walk. Great Lebanese place Cedre like a 10 minute walk.

The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The host was so helpful with luggage and parking the cars for us. The breakfast was outstanding. The best we have had so far. Hope to come back.

Simply incredible stay – from the communication with the stunningly friendly owner (who speaks perfect English), his great organisation of our arrival to the apartment itself. Mathieu welcomed us right in front of the door, helped us unloading our car and then drove with me to the private parking space which is a 5min walk away from the property (it costs 20 EUR per day but is totally worth it). Note: The apartment is inside the historic city wall but still outside Avignon's low emission zone so you don't need to worry about the "crit d'air" badge. And it also means that you're literally right inside the historic city center. The apartment we had is basically a big flat on two levels and boasts everything you might need. It's extremely (!) clean and has incredibly comfortable beds. There's also a beautiful outside area with a little swimming pool which works as a surprising quiet oasis (unfortunately we couldn't use it due to really bad weather). Plus: There's a well-stocked little supermarket right down the street (1min walk) with generous opening times and super-friendly staff.

Host is very kind, thoughtful and accommodating. The unit is clean, comfortable, charming and quiet. Beautifully decorated with love. Bed is king size (rare for Europe) and very comfortable. All around very haply with our choice.

Our October stay meant that it was too cold to use the pool area - would be lovely in summer!Everything else was perfect for our needs.

Central location for walking to major sights restaurants and shopping. Ultra clean apartments, modern interiors with kitchens within traditional building - great for our multi generational family. Breakfasts are excellent with freshly made cakes and yoghurts a lovely touch. The hosts were thoughtful, kind and knowledgable- nothing was too much trouble and we would definitely stay again.

A bit expensive overall. Nice but a bit expensive breakfast.

Super friendly and very helpful. Parking not included but nearby and convenient. Bikes could be stored in a locked space. Perfect location and very cozy room that was equipped with everything you’d need.

We were in one of the loft apartments and the toilet was down a steep staircase which was inconvenient during the night.

Most of all, our hosts. Mathieu and Caroline are assiduous in their attention to detail. The breakfast was a delicious three course meal. The room was cleaned top to toe every day.

One tiny thing - he forgot to mention that the pool closes at 7, so we went down expectantly only to find the covers on. And the bed was a little hard.

Everything - it was so centrally located, such good value for a suite, the courtyard and pool are beautiful, and Mathieu couldn't have been lovelier.

Magnificent stay at this beautiful property! Mathieu was amazing and made sure we knew all the best places to visit in the area. Room was beautiful and well appointed. Breakfast was AMAZING! I would definitely stay here again. Wish we could have stayed longer.
