United KingdomThere was some frustration that the hotel only had 1 iron for all guests. When we needed to iron an item for dinner, the reception staff were uncomfortable to ask for the iron back from a guest that had had it for a number of hours. No fitness facilities which is a surprise in a 5 star hotel.
A beautiful building, fantastic food. the room was lovely, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional - the take out bag was a very nice touch!

My recent visit was truly memorable, and two aspects, in particular, stood out. First, the breakfast was extraordinary! It was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever experienced. The variety, quality, and freshness of the options were truly impressive, and it was such a delightful start to each day. Second, the bed was incredibly comfortable. After a long day of exploring, sinking into such a plush and supportive bed was pure bliss. I slept exceptionally well every night, which is a rare treat when traveling. Also, It was a truly delightful culinary experience! The fish was superb, and the overall atmosphere of the brasserie was just perfect. Combining the outstanding dinner with the extraordinary breakfast and that incredibly comfortable bed, your hotel truly offers a complete and luxurious experience. Every aspect of my stay has been exceptional. Thank you once again for your remarkable hospitality. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

SingaporeWe stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately on the first evening, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly and the staff was extremely attentive to move us into a bigger room. As we much preferred our original room (brighter and newer), they managed to fix the A/C the next day and move us back into our original room. The staff are all wonderful. Special shoutout to Pauline for accommodating our room changes so late in the evening and for proactively coming out to the car park to see if we needed a hand! Also shoutout to Manuela for her wam hospitality, and barista skills, at our breakfasts.

United StatesThe only thing we needed extra help with was finding the parking. Streets were closed so I had to drop my wife off to find the hotel and drop a pin.
Everything! The room was large, comfortable and the bedding was exquisite! When we arrived the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Paulina and Lauren were fantastic! The attention to detail was appreciated and housekeeping was also excellent. Try one of the restaurants onsite for a wonderful dining experience. Breakfast is worthwhile, so ensure that you do that. Overall, a great stay in a wonderful location in the heart of Colmar.

Excellent Room made better by quality service for the room, for reception and for breakfast. Varied breakfast with first class, freshly cooked egg options backed up by charcouterie, fruit and bread. Located inside the old town with excellent access to the main attractions. The building itself was a very old town house that had been modernised with great care but without losing the character.
