Phenomenal location, close to the cité medieval. A number of cafes, restaurants, and bars on your doorstep. Chris was a wonderful host, very clean with everything we needed, provided. I would highly recommend the property. .

I really don’t have any bad things to say. Just one thing to consider in this particular apartment is that the bed is very low to the floor, so if you have a bad back or mobility issues, go for the apartment with the four poster bed - which is what we’ll do on our next visit 😀

It was really lovely, in a very convenient location for the medieval city and the main town. We loved the quirkiness of the property, and the medieval features. The kitchen was well equipped too. The host was fabulous, and even gave us a lift to meet our family.

Highly recommended accommodation. It's just a 5-minute walk from the castle and 15 minutes from the city center. During our stay, the weather was very hot, but fortunately, we had several fans and a portable air conditioner, which helped us a lot to stay cool. The place is quite spacious and beautifully decorated with a well-executed medieval aesthetic, giving it a unique charm. On the same street, there are several restaurants and a shop where you can buy water or anything else you might need. In short, a truly recommended option.

There is NOTHING not to like ..get it booked!

The apartment is one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. Absolutely love this place. In fact, so much so, that I don't even want to give it a good review in case it becomes too popular and we can't book it again..but I'd never do that to the host as he is so welcoming and kind. As is Lesa. Both were awesome with communication and meeting us at the front door. They felt like old friends. The design and theme is beautifully done. I'm a bit obsessed with all things medieval, so it was right up my street, but so tastefully and stylishly done too. Spacious and clean and new. We didn't want to leave. It's a stones throw and short walk from Le Cite ..location is perfect. Right near the river and canal. Animals free-grazing in the meadow nearby. Beautiful walk along the river. We were there 3 days and crammed so much in. But our favourite was the castle . We fell in love with carcassonne and 37 Rue Trivalle

We had a wonderful few days in Carcassonne, and the Maison des Templiers was the perfect mood-setter. The decor could have been over the top but it was all done with good taste. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and Chris was an excellent and helpful host.

Just beware that there’s various steps throughout with level changes between the rooms and the bed is extremely low (about 30cm above the floor) so would be a concern for anyone with mobility issues. We were fine and it was a super comfy mattress.

Fabulous location and roomy apartment with good kitchen facilities, separate rooms for toilet/bathroom and living/kitchen. Best suited for a couple I think as the x2 sofa beds are one in the kitchen/dining room and x1 in the living space. Great for lying around reading and watching the street life out the window! Chris the host was very supportive and easily contactable via WhatsApp when needed.

Everything was great. (It can be a bit chilly during cold days due to single glazed windows, but then we found the extra fire.)

Wow - such an amazing place. The medieval theme is thoughtfully integrated creating a cosy atmosphere. We had a great time and enjoyed playing the game Carcassonne with the view of the medieval city. Chris was welcoming and provided lots of good tips.
