Nothing - everything was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at La Magnanerie. Sophie and Vincent were so kind and friendly. The grounds are so beautiful and peaceful, we could have stayed for longer. The room was modern, comfy and clean. We miss having breakfast in the garden with Cinsault already!

The only thing we didn't like was that we only stayed one night!! We would love to return and spend several nights at this place.

Beautiful, clean accommodation in perfect, peaceful setting, next to the river. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly host who offered us the choice of stating in a modern room with all facilities or in a beautiful shepherd's hut with all facilities and patio overlooking the river. Breakfast was excellent with homemade jams. The venue is stunning. There is plenty of shade from trees, which we appreciated as the temperature was very high : 38 degrees Cool, air-conditioned rooms were a luxury. We also enjoyed a short trip up the river on one of the two kayaks, that are moored at the premises. Hammock, sun bed with voile curtains, amazing swimming pool... all overlooking the river. A little more expensive than other accommodation we had stayed in but worth every penny/euro!! It was a real treat to stay at La magnanerie and we will definitely return Highly recommended 👌 Also, La Servane restaurant,in the nearby town of Sauve, was excellent

We stayed for one night. The accommodation was perfect for that but for a longer stay it might feel a bit tight as we couldn't fit our luggage in easily.

We loved staying here! The property is very scenic as it runs along a length of river and the sounds of waterfalls are in the background. We stayed in a little cabin like a gypsy wagon and it was such a cute stay with a private outdoor area overlooking the river. Our host was very welcoming and the breakfast served to us in the garden was delicious.

nothing to dislike

everything was exceptional, this location was a revelation for our whole trip. huge and beautiful, well cared for property - allows to find a lot of private enjoyable spots for everyone, great hosts, excellent breakfast. the nearby restaurant is in a league of its own, we had the best food of our trip for surprisingly low prices. all in all would 100% recommend, we will definitely be coming back.

This was a real find. Great location with quality facilities. Hosts were excellent & most accomodating. Beautiful spot to spend some down time with plenty to do in the vicinity. Only booked one night ended up staying two !!

The lack of wifi in the rooms (only in common room) is a lesser point. Even if this is a great way to disconnect !

Loved the beautiful and clean pool with a phenomenal view. Wonderful added value of 2 canoes to go on the river, beautiful garden, great breakfast and beautifully renovated rooms. Great and quiet place to relax

Lovely pool. Clean airy bedroom and bathroom. Hosts Vincent and Sophie were fun, helpful and attentive. Great continental breakfast. Relaxing riverside setting.

Wouldn’t recommend for staying with a baby, as the rooms struggle to fit in a baby cot and there is a dog at the property. You need a car here as there’s not a restaurant on site so need to drive for supplies

The breakfast was lovely, home cooked and generous portions. The setting is beautiful - by a river with a large swimming pool.
