The pool changing rooms weren’t up to standard as the showers were out of use so there was only the outdoor shower available.

We loved the views from the pool terrace and the rooftop restaurant. There was a wide variety of outdoor sports and activities available.

The buffet meals (breakfast and dinner) were very good, with a nice choice of items. The restaurant has a wonderful view over the neighborhood and the coast of Giens.

Overall cleanness isn't too good. The bedsheets were dirty so we asked them to be changed but just got a new sheet for us to change ourselves. Indoor pool isn't too clean (floor, etc.).

Posizion far from shopping, even if bus 39 Connecticut the hotel to Hyeres and Toulon gare routiere

Teresa is a navette connecting the hotel to a private beach ,(Almanarre), with restaurant, umbrella and beds. Buffet dinner is given for 25 euro Aquatic centre is nice with two swimming pools.

Wifi was not working in the room. The hotel is huge, a lot of residents, therefore it can get crowdy especially during the season period or weekends. For the regular weekday is was ok for us. You have to wear a specific wristband all the time which is a bit weird. The hotel is located in the quite remote area, no groceries or restaurants nearby around

Family room was fine for the family with 3 kids, clean and tidy. Nice indoor and outdoor pool, especially enjoyed by children.

I came by train and unfortunately public transport to and from this location is inconvenient. Also there are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. Be mindfull of the restaurant being open as from 19.30 for diner only. For French families this is normal, but normally my children go to bed at that time.

Old old rooms, smell in rooms, not clean, no sound isolating. Lots of screaming kids in both swimming pools, you couldn’t relax. No fridge and water in rooms for 270 euro per night!

Every thing is very old. The balcony and balcony railing was very dirty. Windows in the room but also in the restaurant or on the way to the restaurant (elevator) were very dirty. The breakfast buffet is rich, but with low quality food. Cutlary was dirty.

The staff is friendly. The check-in and check-out was simple and fast. It is easy to find by car and there is enough parking spaces. Large breakfast included... although (see below).
