You could hear noise from the street and it could be a bit more cleaner.

It was comfortable and nice, and it was a conventient location near the metro so it was easy to go around.

Some of the facilities are quite old.

It’s a very big loft, close to metro station line 7 which takes you to many attractions: Le Louvre, L’opéra, Laffayette, etc. Location is outside of Paris city, but the area Villejuif is quiet and safe.

There is a damp smell whenever you come back to the hotel in evening which goes away in a few minutes of leaving door and window open but I’m assuming this is due to humidity in Paris. Since these are apartments, there were lots of kids playing noisily until 11pm on weekends but with window closed the rooms were mostly soundproof.

For a budget travel, this is a perfect tourist hotel. Great location with 5 min walk from number 7 train and supermarket. Taxi ride to city center was also within 20 euros so we preferred taxi due to our group of 4. The room were nice and clean and they replaced towels every 2 days. There was refrigerator, microwave and electric top stove. Cutlery was available as well. Beds were firm and there was a locker for personal stuff. The manager was very responsive to any questions and also provided us early check in.

If you are looking for a quaint Parisian hotel, this is not for you.

Quiet, clean, spacious, near a Metro stop. The shower was excellent. Would happily stay here again.

The pillows need replacement. The mattress and bed were good, but the pillows were really not good. Lumpy and uncomfortable. Need decent pillows for a good night’s sleep.

Near the station and Intermarche supermarket was really useful.

There is not much place to hang the pants or jacket except inside the wardrobe cabinet. Would love to so see some hock in the bathroom and bedroom to hand some jackets, etc.

We got upgraded to a bedroom apartment, with a kitchen, living/dining room and two wardrobes. The shower was fantastic with 3 functions and the water pressure was superb.

Central ventilation was very noisy, it couldn't be turned off. The drainage in the bathroom smelt. There was a total lack of shelves and/or tables in the bedroom and of hangers/hooks in the bathroom... We stayed on the second floor - no lift, spiral staircase - not a problem for our group, but moving a big suitcase around was a bit challenging.

Location, very near a metro stop. The bathroom was very nicely renovated and the kitchen was well equipped.

We had a very warm welcome on arrival. The place felt very secure. It’s in a great location close to the metro and with a supermarket nearby. The apartment was very clean with good kitchen facilities, a wonderful shower and comfortable beds. We would definitely recommend.

The room did not have air conditioner. During our stay we had problem with hot weather.

The staff are really nice. They provide us whatever we wanted. Location of hotel is close to the metro m7 which is useful. The rooms were clean. It has a big parking (5-10 Euro per night).

A few times the reception was closed when we had some questions.

Check-in was easy. The room was as expected from the pictures. The shower was exceptional. The kitchen facilities had everything we needed. The location was close to the Metro so it was easy to get around. Many restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

The only time we saw the receptionist was when handing out the keys. No one told us where to hand over the key; there was often no one at the reception. There was no salt. Faulty door to the room and window from the room with the kitchen.

Quiet, calm area, which was very important for us. Wonderful bakery within walking distance - we will really miss the baguettes and tarts from this bakery. Metro stop 5 minutes walk. The supermarket is not very good, but close.

Room Service must be requested rather than being a given.

Privacy is very important to me when traveling. Privacy is satisfactory here, nobody disturbed. Tableware provided was very much appreciated, all in acceptable to satisfactory condition. The staff at La Ferme Des Barmonts is kind and accommodate to a good handful of different languages, their English is excellent.

We asked for an extra blanket because one wasn't enough and it was cold in France. But this extra blanket was a bit dirty. Another negative part was that there was a small problem on the shower and after the shower, the bathroom was full of waters.

Very clean, value for money, the shower had amazing water pressure and hot water all day, also during late at night!

1.There was a coffee machine, but no coffee. 2. There was a bed and a sofa in the room, the sofa was very uncomfortable, even a child could not sleep.

1. Good location of the hotel, close to the metro, convenient to Orly airport. 2. Good linen and towels. 3. After 11 pm it's quiet and you can sleep fine, tight curtains.
