We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel La Diligence. What a great location—our room looked right out onto the main square, which made it the perfect base for exploring Obernai. The room itself was spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the shower excellent. Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of variety and a great start to the day. The hotel also provides secure bike parking, which was a big plus for us as cyclists. It made it easy to relax and enjoy the town knowing our bikes were safely stored. It was a very enjoyable stay overall. We were happy being here and would gladly stay again. The location was perfect not just for daytime exploring but also for a late-night stroll to see the church (Obernai Cathedral) and the old town beautifully lit up. A real gem in the heart of Obernai.

This is our second stay at the hotel and we always come here for Easter weekends with our group of friends. We really love the location it is perfect for us. The hotel is modern and very stylish which we appreciate. We usually book a higher category room that is not too small. Having a coffee machine in the room is a big plus for me. This place is a great base for our trips. I like everything the friendly staff the cozy modern boutique feel and the convenient location. It is comfortable enjoyable and leaves us with great memories. We will definitely keep coming back. The only downside is the sound insulation. You can hear the cleaning staff in the morning and other people which is a bit of a negative.

More sugar in the room would be nice, plus water could be provided for free in the minibar. But these are minor things. This didn’t spoil the stay.

Such a wonderful hotel. We were totally in love with the location, city view and comfort provided. The beds are super comfy and big. Great shower and nuxe toiletries. The communication with hotel was quick and pleasant. There is sockets in the right places, a little window dining area in the room, and desk as well. Would definitely recommend and will stay again without hesitation. The location is superb.

François Baly, the Hotel Director, and his wonderful team were welcoming, efficient and professional. They took excellent care of us and thoughtfully presented my husband with a delicious bottle of cremant for his birthday. The hotel is in an excellent location, the room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. We were given a room with a beautiful view of the town square and the church. A special thank you to Emilie and Clara for taking care of our dinner reservations during the long holiday weekend. We will definitely stay at La Diligence again and thank everyone for making our stay so comfortable.

Noisy during the nights (drunk people on the main space screaming and blasting music) - hotel staff reacted quickly and helped make them disappear

No kettle in room. The bottom sheet was too small for the bed and wouldn’t stay in position.

Bright light airy corner room. Able to cool the room with the windows open, but also good air conditioning if needed. Elevator to room. Good safe bicycle storage in locked garage around the corner. Coffee-maker, safe, mini bar fridge in room. Little seating area with dinette overlooking the main square. Very good shower with good hot water, and large bath towels. Friendly helpful reception staff.
