Good location and looked nice inside

This is a place you check into with no staff. We found it very difficult to find the car park which was private. Slightly further away than the public car park. Cost the same supposedly more secure ..not so sure that it was . Eventually found it with a phone call. Went down for breakfast at 7.30 and nothing there …tried phoning to inquire where…got no reply . It did eventually come. Very noisy at night so difficult to fall asleep. Tried sitting on their sofa arrangement and found myself on the floor struggling to get up.

Location was PERFECT. Staying inside the castle was amazing. Breakfast was nice, we had our own little tables (we had two croissants between the two of us, there was an assortment of cereals, breads, spreads, yoghurt, juices etc) I would definitely stay here again however there’s a few things I think could be improved:

The bathroom fan in our room needs fixing. Couldn’t get it to work during our stay and the bathroom fogged up. Need more towels hooks in the bathroom and the two that are there need to be separated a bit so the towels dry. The pillows on the bed aren’t very comfortable - we found them too thin and uneven. Lastly, some double glazed windows would earn it a 10/10 rating. Being next to the street, you hear everything.

Great location inside citadel, comfy bed, good breakfast. Staying inside the citadel is amazing after all the crowds of the day depart

A little noisy one night with a function at bar across the road

Exceptional! Absolutely stunning B&B located within the walls of medieval Carcassone. Beautifully furnished and equipped, would loved to have stayed longer to enjoy the wonderful ambiance fully. The breakfast was delicious and in such a relaxing setting. We can't praise it high enough, would love to return and will certainly recommend it to our friends and family. Also, the parking was close to the entrance.

,Fantastic location in the heart of the medieval cite. Easy access. Clean, modern rooms. Air conditioning was great. Mini bar was well stocked. Welcome complimentary glass of sparkling wine.

The location and the way it was renovated was amazing! The breakfast was also sooooo good. The fruit was so ripe and all the breakfast pastries were iconic French and did not disappoint!

Missed some vital instructions because I didn’t turn on cell service to receive them. Something in general to know in general that to receive the codes and all the instructions for the code and the room key you cannot rely on WiFi.

A great place in the centre of the old town. Nice room, super continental breakfast, good air con. In a super spot. Many restaurants nearby.

Parking arrangements could have been better explained

Beautiful and comfortable. Perfect location for enjoying the Cité. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Modern bathroom.

The property itself and the breakfast was lovely. It was clean and an excellent location within the city walls.

Sadly, our car was broken into at the car park for hotels located within the city walls (the recommended car park). Despite the carpark being barriered and a code being necessary to access this only offers the pretence of being secure, when it is anything but. The site did not appear to be staffed. Judging by police reaction break-ins and thiefing is not uncommon. If staying at this lovely hotel, find your own secure parking ideally in a locked garage or compound.

Absolutely loved the way the property had been renovated! Beautiful calming colours, so clean and the lady who was there at breakfast was lovely! Helpful and friendly! Extremely comfortable accommodation in a great location!.

A lot is great. It just took us a very long time to find it as the address was different on the booking so we were walking the streets only able to find it once someone has answered pure texts and given us the correct address

Its style was lovely. Well organised.

There were a few insects inside the building. Including 2 ant colonies.

Such a great location in the heart of the La Cité Médiévale. Beautifully presented property. Attention to detail. Sumptuous breakfast. A welcome drink on arrival!
