Exceptional! Absolutely stunning B&B located within the walls of medieval Carcassone. Beautifully furnished and equipped, would loved to have stayed longer to enjoy the wonderful ambiance fully. The breakfast was delicious and in such a relaxing setting. We can't praise it high enough, would love to return and will certainly recommend it to our friends and family. Also, the parking was close to the entrance.

Missed some vital instructions because I didn’t turn on cell service to receive them. Something in general to know in general that to receive the codes and all the instructions for the code and the room key you cannot rely on WiFi.

The location and the way it was renovated was amazing! The breakfast was also sooooo good. The fruit was so ripe and all the breakfast pastries were iconic French and did not disappoint!

Parking arrangements could have been better explained

A great place in the centre of the old town. Nice room, super continental breakfast, good air con. In a super spot. Many restaurants nearby.

Absolutely loved the way the property had been renovated! Beautiful calming colours, so clean and the lady who was there at breakfast was lovely! Helpful and friendly! Extremely comfortable accommodation in a great location!.

Nothing, everything was great.

The property is located in a fabulous position inside the city with great access. I was immediately struck by how clean and welcoming the entrance area is and the room itself was immaculate with everything you could want. Breakfast was beautifully presented and the overall experience was great. I would definitely come back to this property.

Communication between the hotel and myself could have been quicker. No instructions on where to leave luggage when arriving early or after check out if needed! An iron in room would be good. Although the breakfast was good a couple more pastries per couple and some eggs would have been great.

Perfect location in Cite’ The price was great considering we were right in the middle of the cite’ right next to the castle bars shops and restaurants. Our Room was clean, spacious with comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was also clean and adequate. Good there were toiletries supplied. Breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great stay in an amazing location. Difficult getting there because of limited access to the city center, but that was clearly communicated.

The listing says parking on site. This is not true. Carcassonne city is pedestrian only (we discovered once arriving) so we were told by the host to park outside the city and pay a fee then drag our luggage up a hill and through the town. This was unclear and misleading in the booking. Not a great bed and poor quality pillows.

Very cool to stay in the old city! Staying overnight means you are able to enjoy it once the crowds have left. Lovely room and building, and good breakfast in the morning. Responsive host.

The bathroom sink didn’t drain, the aircon didn’t seemed to work, it was remarkably unclear how we were to pay our tourist tax and checkout.

What an amazing value! We had our own table with the name of the room on it. The room was wonderful with a very comfortable bed. We were 1-2 minutes away from everything within the walls. I would highly recommend this place!

The stairs!!

Location is superb. Only about 100m from the Cite main entrance. Our room was on the top floor, 35 steps up a spiral staircase. A by of a challenge for 2 septuagenarians with luggage! That said the room and en-suite were very good.
