Small boutique type hotel run by a friendly wine family. Rooms were fine with good beds. Good restaurant (you must reserve a table) and good breakfast. Parking around the corner. We had bikes with us that were stored in a garage. You must visit their excellent wine tasting center nearby in this charming village.

The ammenities were finished in our room. We asked multiple times to get it filled.

Nice comfortable rooms, beautiful view on the vineyards. And the village Chavignol is magical! The restaurant was decent and had a very nice terrace.

No dedicated parking but easy to find close by.

We had dinner in the gourmet restaurant attached to the hotel. Each of the 5 courses was excellent and beautifully prepared, thoroughly professional and friendly. A genial atmosphere. The restaurant was full, (book in advance). Lovely to find a restaurant of such a high standard is a small village. The hotel room was equally good and comfortable. We had a large room, with fridge and kettle.

Friendly staff, quick response for my inquiries which made me relieved. Great food together with their related fine Sancerre wine selections. Visited their winery, Famille Bourgeois, next morning, that’s also a great experience. Very warm-hearted welcome.

The staff were exceptional - so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Lovely village and so close to the vineyards and to Sancerre and other pretty villages. Great breakfast, amazing dinner and the beer was good too!

The pillows could have been a little firmer for our preference, but the bed was very comfortable.

Samantha at the front desk was delightful, positive and very helpful during our visit. The property is located in the charming village very near Sancerre village. You must visit the winery and taste the Famille Bourgeois wines just a short walk up the street. The breakfast was enjoyable with standard options which meet our needs well. The staff member who manages the breakfast works hard to have all the tables properly set up for each guest. We recommend you inquire about the protocol if you need an extra plate, coffee mug or silverware, none of which are provided next to the buffet table area. Also, come early if you drink brewed Americano coffee, when it runs out, you will only have the option of the expresso machine, which was fine for us, but not everyone may want this choice. The property offers a pre booked dinner service which was very nice for our first night arrival. All the staff were professional and helpful to us, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We had the top floor room overlooking the central square with a fountain in the center of the roundabout. We could also view the surrounding slopes of some of the vineyards on the hillside. The small village was very charming and quite.

The lack of car parking was a slight issue.

The hotel met and exceeded our expectations. Everything relating to our stay was very good. The restaurant however was exceptional. Excellent food excellent friendly and efficient service. Best food we’ve had in some time.

The breakfast was good although it was a little bit limited in terms of alternatives. I also miss the opportunity of la carte for the dinner. It was only possible to choose between three types of full menues.

Nothing to dislike!

The location was lovely. Just out of Sancerre, in a small village with plenty of wine tasting houses within walking distance. Our room was triple aspect with lovely views over the vineyards. The restaurant is expensive, but the food was really lovely. It was fully booked which is always a good sign. Breakfast was included which was good, but it didn't offer the range of foods we have had in other hotels. There isn't any parking at the hotel, bit there was plenty of parking in the village.

Plenty of space in our suite. A very comfortable bed and excellent shower. The staff were excellent. Samantha at reception was so helpful. Fantastic restaurant with a great atmosphere. Superb wines as you'd expect.
