You need a car to drive to the local towns of Allomond and Bourg-dʼOisans.

Very warm welcoming host, set in a quiet location several kms from the main towns. Large comfortable bed, lovely fresh breakfast with plenty of choice, communal tv room, gardens, hot tub, sauna and an honesty bar.

Nothing, the place was a real treasure. The room we stayed in had a bathtub with a shower head rather than a stand-in cubicle - not a problem for us but just a heads-up.

What a treat! We were pleasantly surprised at just how wonderful this place was. We stayed here during a heatwave in France, but can imagine it'd be just as nice if not nicer during Winter. The room was massive, shared living room was a great place to relax, and the outdoor space in the back was spectacular, with jacuzzi and sauna. The host was so friendly and helpful, we were left feeling very welcome. The place is friendly for cyclists and their bikes, a perfect base to start a ride up Alpe D'Huez.

Nothing really, apart from the fact that there were no decent restaurants to walk to in the evening. Other than that, the place is hard to fault.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast superb. Location a little out from town but this was fine - if you have a car it's no problem and if you want to cycle Alpe D'Huez (as we did) it allows you to warm up the legs! Jacuzzi on-site is very nice after cycling. Highly recommend a stay here.

Great location, at the start of the bike ride to the top of Col de La Croix de Fer and Col du Glandon, the Flemish owner is very welcoming. Our room was really lovely.

Finding the entrance off the main road was a little difficult,maybe a bigger sign on the road would help .Im not complaining just a thought .

The whole experience was great. The owners were very welcoming. The breakfast was very generous with lots of local products (jam, honey, croissants...). The reception was very spacious and well equipped. There was a local to store the bikes. There were a jacuzzi and a sauna in the back garden.

Not a lot not to like, however we stayed in the room for 4 people which could have done with a shower cubicle as the hand held attachment over the bath was awkward, but we managed.

Location is very good. Value for money. The Staff/Owners are very friendly and the evening meals are excellent. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was amazing. The location was very country side style, very picturesque and relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Our hosts and other guests were all very friendly and accommodating. Jacuzzi was perfect to use after skiing in the evening. We Skiied at Alpe d'Huez and found it an easy 25 minute drive from the Bed and Breakfast. Already planning my stay here for next year.

Spotlessly clean, quiet and perfectly located centrally to explore the majestic beauty of the alps, and only 40-50min drive into the heart of Grenoble. Good facilities with use of a kitchenette, fridge/freezer and laundry facilities. A Garage to put your bicycles. Outdoor hot tub and sauna, unfortunately I didn’t have time to use it, but again looked very clean and easy to use. free onsite parking. I had the upstairs large room with balcony looking out to a majestic backdrop of the Alpine mountains. There is no stand alone shower in this room, only a very nice deep Victorian bath tub, with a shower/mixer tap facility.. so if you prefer a shower, maybe enquire about the other rooms, I personally don’t mind a nice soak in the tub. The owners… Peter and his lovely wife are a super lovely couple very warm and hospitable. I would 100% recommend this property to couples looking for a nice little getaway, and would also highly recommend to bikers (motorcyclists) as a great place to park your motorcycle securely at night, and as a base to go explore the surrounding area. Most little towns, ski resorts, restaurants and supermarkets are within 20-30mins drive.. It’s a nicely secluded property, but not to far out from most conveniences..

Double bed up against the wall (on one side) wasn’t ideal. Seating in the room not comfortable.
