A bit daunting to enter into a no-lights building...turned my phone-light on and found the switch, but it gave me a moment of "yikes!!" The stairs (especially the last stairs to the 3rd floor) were steep and curving... challenging, esp with luggage. Also, **there is a slide-lock on the outside of the door** I do NOT like this. Street address didn't match my Google Maps, a paper map in the room would have been great!

The overall architecture of the building was interesting. Also, the apartment itself had a really good "vibe" to it. I was comfy there, I felt safe inside the space, and the bed was perfect. She had coffee & powdered chocolate! Sweet view from the window!! Because I had a hard time finding my way around, I had to ask for instructions and got to meet a lot of really cool locals...the people there are so nice!!

The toilet and bathroom have a bad smell.

It was centrally located! We loved that there was spices,olive oil, salt and pepper and coffee capsules.

This is one of the most memorable places we have ever stayed. We stayed in the apartment in level two. The view put the front windows, and the bedroom windows, are just stunning. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. After two nights we were sad to leave.

We were a bit surprised by the lack of dishwasher and washing machine - not that it mattered, but we had been sent specific email details about the dishwasher tablets/laundry liquid. It would have been better to have details specific to our apartment. Also, just a point of note: The location is amazing, but not suitable for those with mobility issues, due to lack of parking and steep stairs.

The location, right in the heart of this cliffside village, is wonderful. It is in a beautiful old building, with a stunning view over the rooftops. We stayed in apartment 3, right at the top; a good sized studio flat which had everything we needed. Although we didn't meet the host, the communication via email was excellent.

The village is very tiny and there is a church right next to the apartment - the bells go off every 30 minutes. If you happen to be a very light sleeper better put in some ear plugs.

The village is incredibly beautiful and we wish we could stay longer. The apartment has an amazing location right in the center of this quaint little village. It would be pretty difficult to pull up in front of the apartment in a car but the parking is very cheap (1EUR per hour from 9am to 7pm) and very close (200m) to the property. The apartment is very clean and cozy. Having an outdoor space would make this apartment the perfect 10.

Nothing, everything was above and beyond our expectations.

This property is so charming and lovely, it ended up being one of our favorite places during our travels in Southern France. The flat is very specious and has everything you need. It is right in the center of the gorgeous little village of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie. We loved staying there and my only regret is not staying longer.

Ceiling fan made alot og noise, it was very hot and it had to be on to cool since there was no air condition. No fire detector, and the room door had a slide lock on the outside of the door so the other guest could accidently lock you inside the studio with no other way out. Nice view, but not too the marked place as decribed.

We did not receive the code to receive the key to the apartment; we were left helpless in front of the entrance and the owner of the apartment did not answer the phone. Later we learned that a phone call to her costs money. Luckily for us, the owner of the shop next to the apartment saw us and called the owner herself, she for once got an answer and so we were able to enter the apartment. In addition, we were supposed to get the apartment on the second floor, and we got the attic apartment, on the third floor which is less comfortable and smaller. The heating didn't work even after the maid, who by the way, did her best to help, tried to turn it on. When it turned out that the TV wasn't working either, we didn't even have the strength to complain. Before we arrived, we sent an email to both customer service and the owner of the apartment because we were charged for the first night, without receiving timely confirmation. We did not receive a substantive response from your customer service, so we had to rebook the same apartment and this is where we are requesting a refund of €163.30.

Apartment was very basically equipped - e.g. 2-ring plug-in electric ‘plaque an induction’, limited linen, toilet in cupboard with heating system and washing machine.

Everything was perfect - the apartment was spacious and well-equipped, everything was very clean, and we slept well in a quiet area. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come again!

Amazing location right in the heart of town. Not really parking nearby, but the local town parking is close enough. The flat was spacious, had everything we needed, washer AND dryer worked like a charm. There was a small grocery store a few doors down to pick up supplies. All in all, a super comfortable, well located, perfect spot to enjoy this quaint little town.
