Loved this! Such a friendly charming place to stay. The communication was amazing and truly matched the whole experience. Everything was perfect including the breakfast which we decided rather last minute to participate in - delicious organic food - all served with an unhurried smile in the beautiful gardens of the hotel. Can wholeheartedly recommend this home away from home.

United KingdomI would have preferred a free standing shower rather than in the bath, but that is the request of an oldish man!
For a hotel situated in the middle of town it was remarkably private, secluded and leafy. The staff couldn't do enough to please you and were always very helpful. The room staff were also excellent. Drinks and light meals were available throughout the day and when we invited some friends to join us for a glass of wine the staff were very obliging and even gave us some nibbles to accompany the wine. There is good parking on site. It is so handy for walking about La Croix Valmer and enjoying the facilities there. Renault and his staff should be commended for an excellent service provided. Incidentally the air conditioning appliance was silent, a first, and very efficient.

SwitzerlandThis is a place probably suited to people who love charm rather than luxury. It's gorgeous - but not luxurious. The room was quite cramped (the old wooden closet door was bulky and opening onto the bed, e.g., tight, and squeaky, which was a little annoying). But the AC was helpful in the heat. The shower was great. And we will happily go back. Also: heavy suitcases need to be carried up the stairs.

BelgiumThe room was a bit small. We had room 12 located at the back of the hotel adjacent to an alley - this room was noisy due to live music at a nearby bar until 24:00, the 'poubelles' coming around at 05.30 and a bakery opening up early.
The hotel is well located at the border of the center of town of La Croix Valmer and has a beautiful garden in which you can have breakfast. Breakfast is excellent. The staff were extremely friendly at all times and always ready to help. The hotel is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The atmosphere between hotel guests was friendly and relaxed - we ended up talking and having drinks with several other hotel guests.

IrelandExcellent hotel run by friendly and helpful staff. La Bienvenue is ideally located in the heart of LCV village and is a great base for exploring the area or accessing the beaches. This is a simple and straightforward 3-star hotel that does nothing more and nothing less - that’s what makes it great. It is clean and comfortable. There is a lovely atmosphere in the place and we will definitely come back again as long they keep doing what they currently do. 🙂
