Dinner served as a buffet results in a restless atmosphere, especially taking into account 4 star hotel rating. Some dishes (plates) were dirty, and in many cases spoons had dirty spots.

The staff were inviting and courteous, throughout my stay. My room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The spa facilities were exceptional after a long day on the slopes. There was alot to offer at the breakfast and dinner buffets.

Rooms very warm at night.

Great location for ski in and out into and from a green slope. Lovely atmosphere for Christmas and very family friendly with entertainment on some of the evenings. Comfortable reception area with a fire with excellent spa facilities. Staff very helpful. Buffet breakfast and dinner good variety and nice wine list. Special menu for Christmas Eve. Definitely would stay again.

The standard rooms aren’t very large. With 2 large ski bags there wasn’t much room to move around. We had booked connecting rooms but didn’t realise that this would be on the first floor with one of the rooms views completely obscured by a fire escape. This was disappointing but as the hotel was full we weren’t able to move. If you are getting connecting rooms I would recommend asking for the 2nd floor and above.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Customer experience is clearly incredibly important to the team and nothing was too much trouble. Every member of staff we met were warm, polite and friendly. The food was excellent, such good variety and everything was delicious. The spa is beautiful and we took advantage of the very relaxing massages. Ski in ski out was important to us and the hotel is right next to the slopes. This hotel more than exceeded our expectations.

All the staff is incredibly kind and friendly. The hotel environment makes you feel like home. Super cosy, clean, suberb location, amazing food, great facilities and the other guests were also super friendly. I felt close enough to reach all the 3 valleys but also in a very quiet, relaxing and family area. My friend and I loved our stay and would definitely come back! A huge thanks to all the hotel staff!
