How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

If I had to pick something, the large and beautiful handicap room on the same floor as reception has window that opens up to the terrace where people sit. So not a lot of privacy unless we closed our curtain. We also smelled cigarette smoke when we tried to open window. I’m sure other rooms do not have the same issue.
Boutique hotel with great design. Easy bike storage, super friendly and easy going staff, nice bar area and amazing breakfast and dinner.

The lack of an elevator would be a problem for getting luggage up to the upper floors.
Great view of the mountains out the room window. Excellent breakfast, there was even a machine to squeeze oranges for fresh orange juice. Very friendly staff who was happy to speak English. Good size modern room.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. We arrived around noon to drop off our bags and were told they’d get our room ready in the next half hour. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant that evening the food was fabulous! The best meal we’ve had in four weeks of travel. Breakfast was very good too, with lots of choice, delicious bread and fresh squeezed orange juice. It was a real treat staying here.

This is a charming hotel in a charming village that caters to cyclist and skiers. Chrystelle is brilliant and is well traveled herself speaking English like a champ.

No lift at the hotel but we left the pushchair downstairs so didn’t really matter. You have to book the spa in advance, usually good availability but it’s €10 per person which we initially didn’t realise.
Great hotel for a skiing break with family. Staff were lovely and went above and beyond to help where they could. Downstairs had a great play area for children. Onsite restaurant is good, even helped with dietary requirements. Boot room downstairs meant that skis were safely put away. About a 2 minute walk from the bottom of the slopes. One day, we got the free shuttle bus to Lanslebourg, a few more shops and restaurants there and a good selection of beginner slopes too. Would definitely recommend overall!

It’s not a bad thing, but just something to be aware of - this is a very family friendly hotel (which suits the friendly resort)! There are likely to be lots of young children around including at the restaurant so just don’t be surprised! :)
It’s absolutely perfect! Friendly, cosy, comfortable and perfect for our ski holiday. The restaurant on site is amazing too and definitely highly recommend! Parking, a room to store ski gear - everything you need. It’s also walking distance (less than 5 mins) to the Termignon ski lifts! We hope to come back asap as we loved it so much.

Would have been great if portion sizes in the restaurant were a little bigger as well as a veggie option on the set menu. But would still definitely come back and would recommend the fondue for dinner !
A really lovely and well maintained hotel . Gorgeous rooms and they were able to accommodate our family really well. Brilliant location - 2 min walk to ski lifts and super friendly staff.

No lift, so 3 flights of stairs - good exercise?
In the heart of a lovely village, surrounded by mountains! Comfortable room. Very friendly welcome. Excellent breakfast (charged extra). Plenty of parking.

Nothing much. Would be nice to have a kettle in the room to make cups of tea but that’s something to do with being British I think!
Location very very near ski lifts and central for restaurants in the evenings. Pretty quiet at night too. Lots of parking nearby.

Can't find fault with anything, would definitely stay again.
Breakfast was good, but some more cereal options would have made it very good. Great views from the hotel. Easy to find, just off the main road - but nice and quiet at night. Great modern fit out made it a comfortable stay, with some quirky artwork to add interest.
