After travelling all day, it was very dissappointing that the bar was closed for that day. It would have been nice to be able to get a refreshment.

Generally a nice hotel, obviously set up for the ski season. Breakfast was ok, so was the room. Great parking for our motorcycles under the hotel.

The hotel was a lot further from the train station ("the Yellow train" scenic railway) than the website indicated - I was unaware that that it was actually three kilometres up a very steep hill - did get a lift but if I'd known this, I would have probably sourced a hotel elsewhere (if possible) The front and lobby of the hotel could have done with a real refurb - very faded The reception had only very limited opening hours - no one was going to be there until 4 pm Price of the optional breakfast was quite expensive compared to other hotels

The rooms are a bit ran down. They have done a quick paint job at some point but it is no longer in good conditions.

Location perfect. Great to travel with the family since they have rooms for 4 people with two independent bedrooms.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is available on site, which is useful before hitting the slopes. For a budget hotel is is very clean and efficient. The beds were comfortable, and they gave us a free upgrade to the two-bedroom suite. It's certainly no luxurious, but if you're looking for a convenient and comfortable place to sleep while skiing in Font Romeu, this is a good choice. Walking distance to the telecabina.

Prices seem to have crept up a bit whilst there's been some penny-pinching. Why put a bath in rooms if no plug? Why no drinking glasses in rooms? And trying to charge additional for an expresso on top of the breakfast fee was a bit much. Also, no fault of the hotel's but the great view of the mountains has now been partially blocked by the new construction opposite.

I've stayed here several times for skiing due to its close proximity to the cabines, cleanliness, comfort (nice warm rooms) and cost. Underground parking is a must too.

We booked two rooms close to each other and got an email to confirm this could be accommodated. When we arrived they had allocated rooms on separate floors. They did manage to juggle things to allow us to be on the same floor but the compromise was us taking one room which was very sub-standard and small with no refund. This room had travel towels in it made of micro fleece, not proper towels. It had storage heaters not central heating. We left the heaters on when we went out as the room was cold. The cleaners turned off the heating so we arrived back to a cold room again. Only one room had a bath but it didn’t have a plug and reception couldn’t provide one. When you’ve been skiing a bath would be nice to soothe aching muscles or bath our kids. Otherwise a great stay. I think we just got unlucky with the room allocation as the other rooms looked better.

Great location close to the ski gondola, free parking, ski hire and main town. Comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast that we paid extra for but worth it! Lovely guys on reception, always friendly and helpful, conversing in French and English with us. They were happy for us to get a takeaway pizza and eat it in the lobby one evening.

Curiously appointed hotel which has creatively decorated apparently on a budget. We were very happy with the large rooms with spectacular views and the excellent friendly and helpful staff. Tea coffee and a microwave and kettle along with free bottles of water provided in the lobby. Great location, very near restaurants and telecasting. We thought the hotel excellent value for money and would definitely book again.

Rooms are a bit dated but functional. It's a long walk uphill from the Train Jaune station (more the fault of the railway builders perhaps!)

Don't forget to turn of the heating during the night.

Basic. fine. Breakfast bit expensive for what you get. (inflation?) But nice bed! That what's count most;). Good shower. Price quality good!
