We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThis ‘boutique’ hotel in Clichy district with its contemporary architecture and interior decor throughout was a real find. We liked the relaxing lounge area and the breakfasts were amazing. Our room was spacious with a view over the quad, clean and in good condition, with a lovely bathroom and shower. Water and coffee were nice touches. Not least, all the staff were really friendly and courteous and only too happy to help. Whilst the location wasn’t that central it was a nice area to stay in with good restaurants and within easy reach of the metro and city centre. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying at L’Imprimerie Hotel. Comfortable and clean room and handy to have a bag drop available prior to checkin time so we didn’t need to lug our bags around Paris in the meantime. Delicious breakfast for €15. Close to bus and metro.

LatviaGreat staff, modern building, cozy rooms, delicious breakfast. Minibar is something that could be useful and bigger coffee machine in the reception, but to be honest it doesn't matter as two 5 star pastry shops are right outside and so is a convenience store. Metro is in two minute walk and it's around 15 minutes to get to the city center. Exceeding value for the cost. P.S. Clichy seemed like a safe district, quiet, big police station in the middle of it, kindergarten and a what seems to be a junior school next to the hotel, not many restaurants compared to the city, however a few quite good ones, like Viasette for example.
