It would be lovely to have some water and tea & coffee facilities in the room.

We were staying for one night to support our son in the Triathlon event. The hotel was perfectly situated for us - a short drive to the coast. The pool was a super bonus and we had a really lovely dinner in the restaurant. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I have stayed in 5 star hotels which didn’t meet the Arena’s standards! The room was huge, clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel.

The rooms are a little tired.

We loved the staff, the pool and the restaurant but the rooms could do with updating.

The cleaning was sloppy. One day the cleaner "forgot" to clean the room. The next day the floor had not been cleaned properly, there were no tissues in the toilet and there was sand on the floor. Unfortunately we arrived so late that we did not have time to inform the staff that day.

The hotel is well located just a few steps from the old town. The garden area is very nice and there is a possibility to have breakfast. The rooms are good, as is the general atmosphere, The staff is friendly.

A Bank Holiday Monday (Bastille Day) and the good occupation had to be dealt with by only 2 staff who struggled to cope. Apparently the bar and restaurant are closed on Mondays so the hotel missed great opportunities to sell more drinks and service the obvious demand. I had to chase for our drinks! The reception was slightly haphazard.

The pool was a lovely, welcome facility. We were given a family room with additional bed to the booked double which gave extra space. This is a partially modernised hotel with character.

I would suggest a door in the shower to avoid a bit of water dropping outside the anyway ample and deep shower.

Nice, cozy hotel, in a well kept old building just at the edge of historical centre of the city. The pluses are the secured parking place and the inner garden with swimming pool. Staff is gentle and giving all information you need to know about. WiFi working well everywhere and suitable for streaming. very good breakfast, varied and tasty. AC efficient and easy to control in these hot days: in my room I had two separate zones AC. Room well equipped and cosy enough to feel comfortably. Very large bathroom in the room given. Hotel has an inner restaurant too but I haven’t tried it: apparently a gourmand menu, but I wanted to explore the city on foot after tiring days of many kilometres by car.

Great location. Spacious room with good bathroom facilities. Pretty outside areas around the pool. We had a mix up with our departure date which was entirely our fault. Tibo, in reception, was amazing. He arranged new accommodation for us at another hotel and was so helpful to us. We couldn't have done it without him (at 9pm at night!). A true credit to the hotel staff. Thanks again Tibo!

There was nothing really I didn’t like - except the key is very big and so I struggled to fit it in my small handbag - I also struggled with the lock on the door to the room to start with.

Didn’t have the choice for the breakfast, only the buffet, seem delicious but too much for me for the price.

The area at the back with the pool is very pretty and relaxing, just as in the picture. Location is convenient to train and the town of frejus. The staff were friendly and polite. The restaurant was excellent. The room was old fashioned but large and had a bath as well as shower .

Our room (nr. 52) was on the third floor and the building has no elevator. Not a problem for us, but if it is a problem for you, you better ask for a room on a lower floor when making the reservation. A shower in the room would have been nice. In the room description it was mentioned that the room has a bad only, but the shower could not be attached in a higher position, so you have to sit in the bath tub when using the shower, not very comfortable.
