Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

For a hotel in its class (a Marriott it is not) it exceeded my expectations - staff very attentive and friendly clean and comfortable.

Rooms were not soundproof, able to hear noise from the guests next door.

There is still an issue about payment. I booked through Booking.com. My credit card was charged twice for the one night. But at the hotel I had to pay for the night again. I was told the other two nights would be reimbursed. Still waiting.
Great location to meet travel friend, next to train station and car rental with easy acess to highways. Extremely clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was a disappointment,
I picked this hotel because of it's location to the train station. the rooms are small but functional. We ate at the restaurant 2 times both meals were acceptable however the breakfast was a disappointment. Sixt car rental next door

Nothing to complain about at all.
An absolute gem! Considering this is rated 3 star and very affordable, the wonderful staff enhanced it to 5 star for us (especially after the awful night we had beforehand). The rooms are not huge but- they have everything you need. Comfortable bed. Warm. The Brasserie was so good. The staff there were splendid too. They welcomed us and our dog and did everything to make our stay comfortable. It's right next to the rail station and there is parking. Wonderful people. Great little hotel.

Bathroom facilities are somewhat old. Shower head was pouring water in every direction. Silicone joints of bathtub are also old. The result was wet floor after each shower.
The staff was helpfull and pleasant to interact with. Breakfast menu was decent.

Hair drier did not work and took a long time for water to come through shower
The room had everything we needed and room 525 was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and slept well as we were able to lie the window for fresh air There was a kettle in the room Restaurant food was good but expensive for small portions. The Kusmut Tea was delicious !

Nothing.
We checked in late and the lady on the front desk was so welcoming. The room was a reasonable size (by French standards) and the breakfast was very good with fresh pastries, cereals, fruit and bacon/eggs. It was next to the train station.

Plentiful and varied breakfast, but missed vegetables.
Perfect location at the st Pierre de Corps train station. Car rental next to the hotel. Helpful staff. Patios room.

Rooms could do with a paint job and some minor renovations. Our aircon was broken. Fortunately it was not hot.
Location near the train station and car rental offices. Comfortable room. Great boulangerie and Pizza Vio nearby.

Not much around in the way of restaurants but we could ride our bikes to the center in 10 minutes.
They provided a place for us to store our bikes. The staff was helpful and friendly. It’s right next to the train station.
