It's a relatively cheap hotel, so expectations have to align with that, but the staff are friendly, it's comfortable, convenient and they have a great environmental policy, including water stations with reusable cups (or refill your own bottle). Well done Ibis.

The room was not very big, and lacked a wardrobe. The breakfast is quite poor, the only warm food is scrambled eggs, no bacon, no sausage. No lemon for the tea. The tea brewers and teapots were not very thoroughly cleaned. Poor quality of toilet paper. A poster in the elevator asks explicitly for 5-star reviews on Google Maps.

Good location, comfortable bed, AC in the room, nice view from the top floor. Reception open 24/7, the staff speaks English.

The location was great if you like to walk, but it’s 20 min walk to the train station and a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest metro station.

It’s a nice place, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It’s across from a grocery store and laundry. Breakfast was filling and good.

-The breakfast: the room is way too small for the number of guests, not enough plates or cups or cutlery, and so we have to wait and people bump into each other for anything from the buffet, not a nice way to start the day. Overall, not that bad but the danish, the coffee, the scrambled eggs are not provided to enjoy but just to be available. And zero sauces for the eggs (made from powder I guess as the taste is yuck) or out of Nutella for 48h (the supermarket next door sells it!) so basics are missing for an OK breakfast -the graffiti-type decor everywhere with aggressive and unnecessary statements: enough on the streets, no need inside a hotel nowadays!

The remote control did not work. I had to go down to the reception to get a spare one.

The bed is excellent. There was an extra pillow that was perfect for me. The room was very quiet. And the parking below the hotel was very convenient.

The room could use more hooks, and a hairdryer could be placed in the room. Also, that graffiti design should be changed. Looks scary in the hallway.

The room lightings are little dim 🔅, but it can acceptable, the room is nearby the road side, a little bit car sound is heard form window. Hair dryer need to borrow form the reception.

The staffs are polite 😉 and helpful, you can use the drinking machine with supplying the paper cups, candies can be found at the reception. The breakfast 🥞🍳 is quite good 👍🏻. Besides, you can store the baggage 🛅 at the reception after you check out.

The temperature controller didn't work very well in terms of cooling. Also, I expected more variety in breakfast.

Room and location both are cost effective. Staffs were very helpful. I liked the coffee service at the reception.
