Nothing to mention, we had a short stay and everything was fine.

We arrived after midnight and left early in the morning, but everything went smoothly. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff at the reception were very friendly. They provided extra fans.

AC on top floor did not work properly. It was therefore hard to sleep with high outdoor temperatures. The toilet was placed so that you needed to use it sideways.

Very convenient. Metro station 5-7 minutes away (line 8), bus stop 100 meters away. Supermarket and lovely bakery next door. Good place for several days visit.

Breakfast looked promising but was not accessible due to the overwhelming presence of a 40 pax international tourists group during two days (the length of our stay): our schedule was unfortunately aligned with their schedule. It is a pity, as we already paid for our breakfast, and could merely get a coffee and a stolen croissant. Maybe circumscribing a space for them, and setting a dedicated buffet could have been the solution.

Quiet hotel, well situated near the Bois de Vincennes and the Marne river. Attentive staff. For budget-conscious customers who favour minimalist confort over cosiness.

Immediate area is a bit dodgy in the dark hours. Hotel is right next to a major highway. All the furniture and the entire hotel is very worn out. The reception staff seemed new and not very oriented. One night I asked for a beer and a glass of wine at the bar and ended up pouring the beer and opening the wine bottle myself since they were not sure how it works... All in all not a place I would normally stay in, but the prices in Paris city center dictated otherwise still good enough to use as a bedroom while spend most of your time roaming the city.

Most important thing about it is that it is within walking distance of 2 metro stations so with 1 change you can reach center of city as well as most of the important landmarks. There is an excellent patisserie to have nice breakfast before the city roaming starts and a few restaurants to have dinner in case you missed to have one somewhere else in the city. Has an own underground paid parking garage.

Reception staff were very helpful, especially as we booked late evening while sat in the car outside due to our Airbnb cancelling on us en route to Paris. They arranged rooms close together, car parking and were so friendly. Thank you so much for making a very stressful situation much easier. We all had a great night's sleep after an 18 hour journey. What spoiled the rooms, is very very dirty carpet. If they would change for a vinyl flooring, it would look much better. Please, consider it!!!!

The carpets were old, that said they were clean. The parking was a very tight squeeze, so going underground with a bigger car was a bit of a challenge.

The rooms were tidy, the staff exceptional, and the breakfast plentiful. The location was perfect with a few minutes walk to the metro and wonderful restaurants in the near vicinity.

No refrigerator, no iron, no wardrobe, no electric kettle or caffe maker. 10 min walk from metro station. Carpet is dirty. For its limited facilities, price is high.

Good staff. Except carpet, otherwise is clean. Silent. Mediocre but ok breakfast. Bed is comfortable.
