I lost my phone while visiting the Jardin des Plantes and the staff were very helpful giving advice to help me attempt to retrieve it in the very short time interval before returning to the UK the following day. The phone was not retrieved but that was not through the lack of assistance from the person of the front desk for which I am very grateful.
The breakfast was excellent and staff very pleasant and welcoming.This was my second visit to the hotel and based on both visits I would be quite happy to return again in the future.

GermanyWe booked a room with three single beds. One of the beds was undersized-- only good for a child or a small adult. The room was not spacious but ok for a one-night stay. The breakfast was quite disappointing -- the produce served was "discount-quality", it felt like the hotel was cutting corners on the breakfast.
We booked the hotel because of the proximity to the airport and the shuttle-service. Unfortunately our son's flight was delayed beyond the shuttle-pick-up hours so we couldn't use it. To visit Paris from the hotel the journey with tram and metro took around an hour. Quite long but easy and cheap.

The indian women who was there during initial checkin was very kind and customer focused. Overall it was clean for the room cost. Shuttle service was good.

FranceA/c is horrible in 90 o/o of the rooms. Mohammad personally took me room to room to find which one was the mist tolerable for us as we were staying multiple days. Location is remote and cuisine is limited. No water offered. Parking is limited Area can have shady people around- guests and even some just hanging out around the property

PortugalSince this is an airport hotel, having breakfast only from 5am is really not convenient for those having to catch an early flight.
A very conveniently located hotel for a short stay in Paris. We had our flight cancelled and had to re-book for the next day. The hotel has free shuttle from Orly airport and a tram stop nearby (Porte de l'Essonne). from there you can reach the airport (5 min.) of Paris center (30 min. to the Louvre, with a change to metro in Villejuif). The room is not big, but OK for one night and it is very quiet. Cleanliness was a major point. An unexpected bonus is the Pedra Alta restaurant next door, providing high/quality exquisite seafood *and also grilled meat( at quite affordable prices (for Paris).

FranceOur AC barely worked despite being put on blast. Noise level from the airport but that's predictable as it's really close to it!
Comfy bed and pillows, fairly quiet hotel, very close to the airport. The free shuttle is useful to go in and out of the airport. Food can be delivered in your room. Fairly cheap rate for a night. As someone who always rent a car to get out of Paris and go in other cities down south, I want to highlight that this hotel is very well situated because it's really easy to get out of the city and join the highway when you rent a car. If you ever rented a car from Charles de Gaulle Airport, you'll know that's not an easy feat (takes generally 2 hours stuck in traffic to get out of the Paris periphery)

SwedenI think it would be more relaxed if some of the shuttle bus information is given earlier - like, the meeting point (it was only provided when I called at the airport). Of course the time cannot be arranged beforehand, but it would be nicer for some people who get easily anxious (like me!) if it was spoken that 1) the meeting point for the shuttle bus is xxx; 2) time cannot be arranged beforehand, so please call to the hotel when/after you collect your baggage; 3) etc. No fridge in a room- it might not be super essential for an airport hotel, but it was a bit of surprise.
A free shuttle bus (from airport to hotel) ran smooth, although I waited for a while - meeting point is Bus stop 4B (please forgive me if my memory is inaccurate) just outside of the airport exit. It is same for the other hotel's shuttle stop, so it is hard to miss. The driver was friendly. The room was well air-conditioned and clean. It has a middle door between a bathroom and a main room, which probably helps a lot to avoid noise from the corridor.

FranceSome details in the room were not really clean (doors, hair dryer was nasty, rubber mat had hair on it). Airport shuttle driver didn't help us with bags. The room felt a little dated.
Bed was comfy, room was quiet (AC white noise), generally clean. Free airport shuttle was on time. Very good value. At first when we arrived, we thought we got the wrong hotel because it looks really ugly from the outside but the inside is much better, modern and clean.
