Very nice hotel, with a friendly team. Location is great if you plan to walk or take public transit. Minor problem, when ordering uber, the cars aren't allowed to enter the road that the hotel is on. You have to walk a bit to be on a proper uber location. This is difficult if you have mutliple pieces of luggage. I will definitly go back to this hotel!

Good location if you're travelling by train. Good continental breakfast included. Great for a short stay as the room is quite small but it has everything you need. Helpful staff.

The room is quite small, so it’s difficult to move around, especially when you have to open large suitcases. The room furnishing is stylish but somewhat unfortunate in terms of functionality, not enough space on the night stand (just a small recess in the headboard actually), hangers placed too low, so you cannot hang a long skirt or dress. We got used to everything eventually, but it was a challenge at first.

Location is very convenient, just a 5-10 min walk to the castle and other sightseeing spots. The overall feel of the hotel is modern and relaxed. The room was clean and the shower just great. It was nice to have a fridge/minibar and a safe in the room. The breakfast was excellent, great variety of choices, very tasty. We didn’t mind at all that there were no hot options.

Didn’t find light to bathroom until morning = hidden behind sliding door. Duvet tucked in under mattress - pulling it out pulled out bottom sheet - had to remake the bed as a result ( at midnight ?) recess by headboard for bed side stuff impractical for glasses, drinks etc.

Location, easy to find, helpful reception. Good breakfast - quiet overnight.

The hotel music was played throughout the hotel even at night, I was woken at 3am by the music in the corridors I couldn't believe my ears when I contacted reception they told me there was nothing they could do so I was awake all night such a silly hotel policy.

Breakfast options are just okay, though a bright spot is the fresh-baked pain au chocolat. Apparently due to a brief power outage, the internet was knocked out on the last day of my stay. Kudos to the front desk staff for moving me to a room on another floor where the internet was operating, when it hadn't been fixed on the floor where I was initially staying.

I was a repeat guest. The hotel is extremely convenient to the main station but also close to other points of interest-- the castle, cathedral, and Jardin des Plantes-- and the vibe of the area is quite good, with lots of appealing restaurant options nearby. Rooms are spacious, well-outfitted, and comfortable.

Apart from the safe not working in our room everything was perfect.

Great location, just across from the railway station. The chateau and gardens were only a few minutes walk away. The buffet breakfast was great.

The bed sagged down a bit.

Very good location - right near the railway station, just a few steps from the castle, just 15 minutes' walk from the old city. Very nice staff. Room clean and spacious.
