Nice design, good breakfast (though mostly sweet, but not only)

Needs renovation. Some mold in corners of the room and shower. Carpet in the hall looked disgusting. Room very small.

The location of this hotel is perfect for seeing all areas of the city! And even though it is so central we found it to be quiet and peaceful. There are no fans in the room but the lovely woman on reception went out of her way to track one down for us which was really appreciated!

Location and price was very nice and everyone was super friendly.

My shower broke but was fixed within an hour

I could hear people upstairs walking, plugging, etc. The acoustics could be improved.

The hotel staff could not find my booking. She was focusing on the fact that she could not find the booking than on finding solutions. She even said no room available for the night. Later, she called her manager by phone. There was in fact an extra room available, and the hotel was not fully-booked like she initially told me. They offered free breakfast which I appreciated.

Very cosy Place with a Wes Anderson vibe in all the room. The position Is well centered and the staff Is friendly.

Central

It was a decent hotel very close to the centre of Nantes, excellent if you want to walk around. It was clean with modern decoration, enough to cover your needs for a few days stay.

For good or bad, I discovered how to fit a double bed and a private bathroom in a 4x3m space. They used a good architect. Truly, the bed was occupying almost the entire bedroom with some space for the bathroom. I guess this is the price you pay for a cheap hotel room at the centre. Also although in the description it says clearly that there is parking, when I arrived at the reception, they told there is no such thing. Fortunately I found parking space outside.

Rooms are small but spotless, very comfortable bed and pillows. Location is perfect for access to all the sites, transport etc. Excellent hotel rates considering all the above!

A bigger room but as we only used the room to sleep in this was not a major issue.

We loved our room, it was nice arranged and very spacious. Natural light, we slept with our windows opened. Walking distances to some nice places in Nantes. We could easily find parking spot during the evening.

Great little hotel in an excellent location. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful (though everyone in Nantes is friendly). All-day free coffee and tea was a welcome bonus.

Would have preferred a slightly bigger bathroom with a regular door. The bedroom-bathroom setup is not super optimal for two people sharing a room. But all in all v good value for money.

Location, so close to the centre. Loved Nantes and very friendly people.

Room size. I booked a small solo room but it was tiny, claustrophobic, and no aircon.

This was a nice room near the city centre. The room was very clean and nicely presented. There was free coffee and croissants provided but we left too early to sample. We were in a different building to the EC reception. It was very quiet.

The room is very compact but we knew that on booking.

Excellent location to explore the city

You were excellent at getting one of us to the airport for a very early flight. Your help with this was superb. That made the person feel safe traveling alone. It was much appreciated.

Because of the intense heat wave it would have been great to have air conditioning. You unfortunately cannot control the weather.

The receptionist was brilliant, he helped me with everything I needed.
