How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Near the hotel threre is any restaurant or fast food to eat. Its good to stay only if you need to be near airport.
It has a good cost benefit.

The premises are old and show signs of wear and tear. It's all clean though, and for the price, it's kind of expected.
Mehdi at reception was absolutely fantastic, he adjusted I mistake I had made on the booking, he was really welcoming and supportive all along while I arrive late, accommodated us nicely. 5 star hosting!

It's not new, but still maintained well and very good value!
Position is perfect for spending a night after arriving late or having to leave early the next morning. Room is not new, but still very nice. Breakfast was really very various, no complaints at all for the breakfast!

AC was not working. I asked the front desk staff about the AC and he gave me a fan which helped.
Very close to the airport. Good shuttle service. Comfortable beds. Food was ok.

It’s fairly basic and a long way from town.
Staff were very helpful. It was fairly close to airport (if you have a car). Breakfast was good.

That was not so well maintained, many things needed a renovation but I suppose this explains the price
That was easy to reach from the airport. That was clean. The receptionist was very welcoming in the evening, I can’t say the same about the lady in the morning she was cold as ice brrrr!

The rooms need some renovation. The food in the restaurant is just awful...
It was very well marked to get from the airport even by walking. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was clean.

A little worn around the corner. Bathtub dangerous to get out of. If you have 3 pieces of luggage, it will be cozy. Just like the Ibis but without the walk-in shower or large area for your luggage.
Comfortable beds. Quiet. Elevator. One free hot drink per person. Close to Terminal 1. Good parking. Adjustable air conditioning.

The bathroom finishings were very old and had broken corners etc. Would have liked a mini fridge.
The room was clean and nicely laid out. Plenty of space for our needs.

The rooms are smaller than what it looked in the picture and was a bit disappointing for a hotel at an international airport and they didn't speak English much. The aircon did want to set.
Th fact that it was close to the airport and really easy to find and really accessible. That fact you could walk to the airport was good. They had free transport to the accommodation and it was clean atleast. They were helpful atleast and tried to assist

The AC wasn't working during the night. No one at the reception when arrived and had to wait 10min.

Difficulty with shuttle. No food on Saturday night. Breakfast was very basic.

Had a problem with the Aircon, but there was no one available, other than the receptionist, who couldn't leave her desk at 10pm at night.

Negatives: -The rooms are small; you shouldn't have too many suitcases, otherwise they won't fit. -The air conditioning didn't seem to be working (we couldn't turn it on).
Positives: -Friendly staff. -Room available early in the day, making it an ideal place to rest a little before continuing the day. -Walking distance from the airport. -Secure parking. Notes: -Overall, a hotel I would return to for a nap and a shower before continuing on my way. -The walking route from the airport to the hotel isn't the clearest, and takes about 15 minutes. It's not ideal after a long flight, but it's still a good option.

No bar facility after 11 pm. Lights broken beside bed. Shower in the bath.
It was very functional. Free airport shuttle which was very good. Helpful staff. Bed was comfortable but rooms could do with a little updating.
