Hello Juanjo, Thank you for your excellent review, we are very happy to see all the ratings you give to our services. Regarding the elevator, it is indeed at the reception level but there are five steps to get there, the plan of the establishment is that of an old building as is often the case in the old center of Avignon, which gives it a lot of charm but indeed a little less accessibility.
