How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Do not book this hotel. The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbours whisper. It's just a horrible place to stay.

Constant noise all night and early morning no respect for other guests, the check in process was shocking staff only there at certain times and self check-in didn't work
Hello; We are surprised by your comment and your rating, which do not reflect the service provided to you by our staff. You booked a single room even though you were accompanied by a person with reduced mobility. Our receptionist moved you to another adapted room, helping you do so for one night. For the second night, he specially arranged another room for you so that the person with reduced mobility could be comfortably accommodated, even though he wasn't required to do so since you booked a Twin room with two single beds. However, the hotel is in no way responsible for guest incivility (noise or late arrival, etc.). And finally, unless you are acting in bad faith, I see no explanation for your rating and your comment. Incidentally, I would like to remind you that you are the only person who gave this rating. Sincerely,

The receptionist was too rude and nervous. The self check in didn`t work perfect and we didn`t get apology, but even he was angry at us. The machine asked if we wanted breakfast, we said "yes" and then we had to present a room card to pay for it, but we weren`t checked in so it was paragraph 22 :)) There was a robbery in a next room, so be careful for your belongings. The breakfast is quite simple, but you have a bakery in 50m starting at 6 or 6.30....
Hello thank you fot leaving your opinion, however we are very surprinsed by your comment on our reception which has alwayshad 8/10 in rating for 8years and if you had not known to reserve breakfasts at the terminal it'a not the staff's fault but is due to your lackof knowledge and also your rating and comment explains your had liver, well it was easy to ask the receptionist how it wotrks. Verified reviewHandy location, Ability to self check in with the automatic machine at the front door (I turned up when no staff were there but was able to check in with the touch screen thing which then gave me my room card key) This is a great system! Room tidy and clean enough, It's basic but what you would expect for the price.
The reception lobby lights come on and go off by sensor but they need to be adjusted, the come on for like ten seconds then off again, so You have to wave your arms around to make them back on. This was very annoying while trying to use the sad coffee vending machine of which half of the buttons were taped up as not working. Also the upstairs corridors are very poorly lit up...why? to save electricity? come on!

Well it will seem incredible but the hotel manager or person in charge, totally rude, no people skills whatsoever. It seemed like it was a complete nuisance to perform his job. I had to call him on the phone since I couldn't check in as there isn't a receptionist and there is an emergency phone. So he was upset, even though he was at the hotel and it took him only seconds to come out. He didn't let me talk he was aggressive, I even asked him not to be aggressive so he got offended and threatened me to leave me outside even though it was raining. Finally he agreed to do his job. I had already paid for the room and the problem was a clerical one. I really don't understand how people like this are hired to work with clients

Verified reviewGeneric motel similar to "Hotel F1" hotels. Easy-to-find location on the Tarbes ring-road. Can walk to the town centre in 1/2 hour, or drive in 5 mins. The room was small but the price was OK.
