No air con. Quite hot in the room. Only paper cups provided by the kettle and tea bags. Had to ask for china ones from reception. No fridge so water provided was tepid. No swimming pool. Have to book into and pay at the spa to use indoor one.

The room has a fabulous balcony with a great view and chairs were provided In the latter part of the stay to sit out. These would have been appreciated earlier. There is only the door opening to the balcony so at night the room was warm and could only be cooled by it being open. A fan would be a very good addition to help with cooling.

Breakfast was full of variety and it mattered little when attending, the choice was present. The room was large and comfortable, both the bed and the sofas. The bed had advertised special pillows and these were excellent and contributed to long peaceful sleeps.

Location was great, right on the seafront. Room was amazing, clean & comfortable with a balcony overlooking the sea. Complementary passes to the spa. Staff were great, very friendly & service was excellent.

Fantastic location. Clean and well equipped. I am thinking that the spa was a big bonus but just not my sort of thing and so probably didn't get best value out of this- i just wanted a hotel on the beachfront in Benodet and this was exactly that. Clean, tidy, and in the right place!

The spa is actually outside the hotel premises and is rather small but it indeed a full sea water experience which was nice. Bath towel and robe come at an extra cost which was also disappointing. The room was on the first floor which did not offer the best view over the sea unfortunately but the elevator seemed too dated to be used to be honest so we were happy to walk up (but being pregnant, beyond the first floor would have been a drag).

The room was very nice and clean, the bathroom also was very nice. We had a corner room with a balcony, very nice view and quiet. We were on the first floor so access to the room was easy.

This hotel includes access to the spa which we didnt use, so effectively paid for an unnecessary service. Understandable but annoying.

Seafront view, and very comfortable mattress, Amenities well above typical 3 star hotel. breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

1. Large pebble area in front of the entrance makes it impossible to roll the suitcase. 2. Dirty entrance carpet and stairs carpet 3. Several steps to reach the lift. Very inconvenient 4. For a 200 EUR room a little fridge can be expected.
