United KingdomCoffee making option in the room was a bit poor. Top of the net curtains behind the main curtains, had dark dirt/stains on them. Bathroom door, too small for the frame and no lock. You can peer in quite easily.
Room was of decent size with ample storage, television, comfy bed, spare pillows, and good aircon. Bathroom was well-fitted and supplied with ample soft towels. Breakfast was okay and there was a decent selection of food and drink. As to the hotel, great that it had private parking. It also had a bar and a couple of vending machines if you are caught short on drinks and snack. Location. Perfect if you don't want to the hassle of trying to navigate the centre by car. Not really walkable to the centre but an Uber only cost around £13.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, but it’s easy to reach the city center using public transport. The staff are friendly, and the room is comfortable and clean. I just wish it had a small refrigerator. The main parking area can be fully occupied by late in the evening but I think you can still find some space outside. Perfect for a one- or two-night stay.

GermanyThe only disappointing aspect of our stay (30.04–01.05) was the breakfast experience. We arrived about an hour before breakfast was scheduled to end and noticed that many of the food stations were already empty. Although there were still some guests dining, nothing was being replenished, and the staff member responsible for breakfast service made no effort to refill or refresh the offerings. As a result, the selection was very limited, and we were left to choose from the few remaining items. It felt like the service had already ended, even though there was still a full hour left. This made us feel quite uncomfortable. Judging by the setup, we can imagine that breakfast might have been much better earlier on, but unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience.
Aside from the breakfast experience, everything else about our stay was excellent. The hotel is very nice—comfortable, clean, and modern. The reception staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Parking was another highlight: spacious, secure, and extremely convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied and would gladly choose this hotel again if we were in the city in the future.

Great little chain hotel covers all the usual bases well. Staff tried really hard. Adjacent railway line is quiet all night. Staff poured me a very generous whisky. Great for one night. Only 5 mins from peage.
