It was very central. But very disappointed as we and another couple were the only guests at the hotel out of 205 rooms. No atmosphere of guests mingling so we only used the hotel to stay the night. No one to eat with or have a drink in the bar. So wondering why this was the case.

United KingdomThe bathroom was very dated and really needed upgrading. The bedroom was very basic. The air conditioning was not working - which seemed to be more of a hotel problem rather than just our room as my 2 friends staying at the same time also reported the same issue. We asked about evening dinner and we were told 7 pm. Not 7 till sometime, just dinner is 7 pm!! Was not worth the price to be honest

United KingdomInefficient reception overbooked our room and fobbed us off with some old un modernized room obviously kept for such a purpose. The receptionist made it sound like she was doing us a favour!There were hairs in the bidet and dead insects in the light fitting above the sink. No kettle tea or coffee. Complained swapped to a room something like we were expecting but not as described on booking.com. only booked it because all our other choices were full avoid! Unless last resort.

ColombiaUnfortunately there is a bar on the street, I don’t know if it’s the hotel’s, that plays music on and on and on and people party until later than 12 at night, making it difficult to go to sleep, before the noise stops. Breakfast could be better, it has a small variety of bread, for protein, ham and cheese, no eggs and for cereal 2 options.
Its location. The hôtel is very close to the sanctuary but not so close as to see all the tourists. We had a beautiful view towards the river, and Pic du Jer and the Pyrenees which was lovely.
