Everything was great. But there's always room for improvement. It would be nice if there was a small shelf in the shower to put all the personal stuff there. And there's no bidet which can be a bummer for some people.

Everything was great. The room was specious which is a miracle in Paris - we put suitcases on each side of the bed and it left plenty of room to get ready in the morning. There's a nice narrow balcony - i guess there's an option to smoke there. The room was cleaned every day no matter how late in the morning we left. There's also a wooden floor, which is simply a nice touch. But if you don't like walking barefoot, there are slippers available. The bathroom also had enough space to fit all skincare around the sink. And there's a working heater in the bathroom so we could dry towels and socks. The location is pretty. Metro station is like 1-2 minutes away from the hotel. There's also some nice boulangeries and restaurants down the street. All in all, the stay was nice. I would choose this location if I travel with a friend again.

Nothing - it was all good. Yes the rooms were a little bit small but fine for a short stay and had everything you needed, including a safe and hair drier. Our bathroom was a little dated in design but clean and spacious.

This hotel was clean, tidy, well appointed. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was very good indeed - a good choice and all fresh and tasty. It was the location that really clinched it - we walked all over Paris from here and it was very easy to get to via the subway from Gare du Nord, or to access the buses in the area. Also there were plenty of places to eat in the area and it felt safe. We would most defintely stay here again.

While the breakfast options were somewhat limited, it was more than enough for our two-night stay.

The room was very clean and beautifully designed, with a modern and thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making check-in and the overall experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The hotel is newly renovated. You feel that the interior is fresh. It’s very nicely designed. Bed is very comfortable, bathroom has a nice size compared to the average ones in Paris. Downstairs there is a shared space where you can work from, if you needed. Suitable for those who are working from abroad.

We had a pleasant stay at The New Hotel Opéra. The location was excellent — close to public transport, shops, and great restaurants. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. A great base for exploring Paris!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris! The location was perfect—just a 10–15 minute walk to most major attractions, which made exploring the city super easy. The room was spacious by Paris standards, well-equipped with air conditioning, complimentary water, tea, and coffee, and overall very comfortable. The amenities were thoughtful and the hotel had AC throughout, which was a huge plus during the warmer days. Even the elevator was surprisingly roomy for Paris! The staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming, which added to the pleasant experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. A great value and highly recommended!

I think they could do better with breakfast. It's ok, but on terms of variety it could be a bit better.

The hotel is nice and modern. My room was rather small, but comfortable and very silent. The bed was good and the (tiny) bathroom was fine too. All in all I must say I was happy with my stay.

Very good size room with designer interior, comfortable and super king size bed with sustainable slippers. Very good bath accessories. Very stylish in general, good distance to opera for restaurants.
