Lovely place very close to Arles and to highway exit. Quiet and cozy in the middle of the nature. Surroundings and Swimming pool were beautiful. The room was basic but clean with all the necessary. I would recommend this place.

It was a long walk into Arles. It took me at least 35 minutes and there were few taxis or ubers. There were buses but the timetable was difficult to work out. There were bicycles at the property and I wished I had realised they were available earlier in my trip.

Fantastic, helpful staff. The pool was lovely and the room fine. I had breakfast on one day and it was good. I liked that there was a microwave, kettle and fridge for communal use. The village has a couple of cafes and pizza restaurants and a small shop.

The location was fine, but required driving to get to food and tourist sites. The front desk staff was unaware of event road closures when we asked if something was happening after seeing no parking signs, so when we drove into town we had some navigation challenges to find an alternate route which was frustrating.

We enjoyed the pool and gathering spaces on the first floor and courtyard for our family to sit in the evening. The rooms were comfortable.

The bowls for the cereals are really super small ant hotel should make the important investment in buying some 20 bigger bowls; it would make the breakfast a much nicer experience

I wouldn't say "didn't like", but there were two cases of ant nests in our room. Aside from that small detail, it was perfect!

A bit far from the.centre, thought it was easier to walk in than it was.

The air conditioner was really bad because very noisy and there was no possibility to adjust the settings. Also the decoration in the room is very basic.

The swimming pool, the garden and the breakfast are really good and the beds quality is also good. There is nothing to do in the location but we knew it when booking so no surprise and it is pretty close from Arles by car.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and I mean all the staff, from the reception to the cleaners. It seemed like they enjoyed being there.

The fact that there is a small fridge, kettle and microwave freely available is good and practical, but it's a bit of a hassle that it's in the lobby for the whole hotel… The terraces are a little dusty and there are a few traces of animal defecation (chickens and birds probably).

The staff is very attentive, helpful and welcoming. The room and the pool are clean and comfortable The location is very good, it’s pretty easy to go to Arles when you have a car

A wonderful hotel, extremely relaxing. Clean and even if our room was small, it was big enough for us and very nice. Great staff, everybody was so friendly! The outdoor area with garden, pool and chickens is amazing. It was very pleasant to have breakfast there and to chill afterwards. We were sad to leave and would come back to Arles to stay there again. :)

Shame they didn't have a restaurant but it wasn't a real issue, there were plenty of places to eat locally.

The location was excellent, the staff extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean and there was a pool which was a Bonus!
