Proximity to the airport was ideal. Just a short, flat, covered walk to train which runs every 4 mins. Great if you want to rest before departure or after arrival. Room was modern, bed huge and comfy. Staff were professional and helpful. Incredibly quiet rooms.

The bed was super comfortable with lovely linen. The location means taking a shuttle isn’t necessary but it’s quite a long walk in the rain. The meals in the restaurant were reasonably priced.

The hotel was easy to get to from the airport via a little airport train and a short walk that was well signposted. The room was beautiful and spotless. The bed was huge and very comfortable. It was wonderful to have breakfast included in our booking, There was a great variety of food to choose from. It was also great to be able to get food at the hotel after our long flight. Staff were very accommodating with this. It would have been lovely to spend more time there but we had a train to catch from the airport.

Eggs not so runny, bacon replenished

Location good. Breakfast was not replenished often for my taste scrambled eggs too runny, only a few slices of bacon left. There was a good variety of bread, fruit etc.

The hotel itself was beautiful, very easy to find and the staff were lovely. In particular Myrah on reception. She was so helpful and gave excellent customer service.

A bit circuitous to physically get to the hotel depending on the arrival termianl. Once figured out, it was quite simple, but does require some walking.

Very convenient location for airport travel, and for train travel to Paris and Metro system. The hotel restaurant was one of the best "hotel" restaurent I have ever experienced!

There were no restaurants or food shops in the area and the price of food in hotel was very expensive , take some food from Paris city before you go to the airport hotels

The position with the railway station for the airport , could wheel our heavy bags all the way to the airport train , terminal one was the first stop , very well planned

The room was too hot and the ac did not work very well. They also wanted to charge my card $150 Euros for incidentals unless I paid the city by card. They do not have an airport shuttle as such… you walk about 350 metres to get a free train to Terminals.

The restaurant was lovely and the staff in there excellent.

Great rooms, very clean and fancy. Breakfast was lovely with a range of meats, vegetables and fruit. Great staff, very helpful information re terminals. Cdgval terminal so close to the airport to drop you off at terminals. Great location would 100% recommend, had an easy transition to my flight :) thanks for making everything easy and stress free

There was nothing to dislike

The check in was fast and friendly. Walking distance to the airport. The rooms were clean and roomy. The restaurant provided a lovely buffet breakfast, you could even boil your own eggs. The staff were very friendly and spoke English.

A comfortable hotel inside the airport. Depends on your terminal but for me it was 5 minutes walk to the free airport shuttle train, and then another 5 minutes walk to the hotel. Tha room was clean, specious for one person, comfortable bed and shower. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and breakfast was included in my order. Taha, the reception guy was friendly and useful. I recommend for anyone in layovers.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb. It was a short walk to the CDG VAL. We loved the room layout, and the beds were comfortable. We will book the Innside again.

As an overnight stay before my flight, the hotel was more spacious and comfortable than I expected. The air conditioning was nice and cool, and it’s very close to the airport metro station — just one stop to Terminal 1.
