hotel was aware we requested a quiet room and location but still got the adjoining room with a family of young children which was all but quiet.

well decorated room and comfortable with a good but not great view. generous special occasion gift of champagne and pastries.

Everything was nice

Friendly Staff, Awesome View, Nice Property I even forgot my mobile phone on the Sofa right infront of the Reception and i went outside for dinner with my family and this staff lady whose name i dont know ran 300 meters just to handover my phone to me. Big Thanks to her

I cannot find any faults with this hotel Everything was perfect. Maybe one very minor thing....there were no Italian channels on the tv. Not that we watch tv that much though. A very big well done to you all. Thank you.

Our beautiful room with balcony was meticulously clean. This hotel is in an excellent location and the views are breathtaking. Exceeded all my expectations as it was our first time in Annecy. Thanks to all the great and helpful staff who made our stay memorable.

Perfect location, balcony overlooking the lake. Simple hotel with basics but also very busy with many people around, especially as there is a casino there also.

The breakfast was a little disappointing - it was quite small in comparison to some hotels and we ordered eggs from the menu both mornings and the wait time was maybe 20mins plus. This wouldn’t stop me staying there again tho!

The location was perfect, we could have sat on terrace all day and evening tbh. There was music on and the whole “vibe” was pretty special. It felt like a 5 star hotel, which it should for the price but it felt like a lovely treat.

We received a very nice family room with two large double beds, that our minor children could sleep comfortably. Very nice breakfast on exceptionally beautiful terrace with lake view. Also very happy with parking at the hotel entrance.

Service in the bar was slow.

Beautiful location overlooking the lake and surrounded by a park. The spa was nice and relaxing. The concierge service was very useful, and felt that extra bit of luxury!

I think the rooms are a little old fashioned so felt they did not live up to the grandeur of the building itself. The room was large and we had a balcony which has a view of the lake on the side so you could just about see it.

The approach to the property is grand and it’s located next to the lake. It has a valet car service which was a nice surprise. Service from staff was very polite in the spa and reception. At breakfast, you felt they were a bit stressed though our waitress was nice. The hotel is super organised so when you book, they immediately ask you about spa times because it can get very busy. They also told us about the lights and fireworks show as it was a festival weekend so we could book tickets beforehand. This was very worth it as the show was a spectacle worth seeing. We have nice treats in our room and they service the room twice a day with water bottles every time too.

Service in the restaurant was a little slow, but the food was of a very high standard so was worth the wait...

Excellent check in process - very quick, and very friendly staff. Bags were whipped up to the room and the car was parked up with minimal fuss, check in staff were excellent and showed us straight to the room.
