Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Basically, this is perhaps the first time I've really gotten more than I expected. The room was comfortable, clean, modern, the breakfast was excellent. The location is also great -- half an hour walk to the center and a few minutes to Montmartre.

TurkeyThe ventilation system has a serious problem, the smell of the breakfast ended up in my room in 5th floor. Also the air conditioning system user interface is impossible to figure out. They need to put a user manual for that in the room. It's not intuitive
Very good breakfast, convenient location: close to metro, nice restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Comfortable room but if you are a big person might be a good idea to ask for the rooms that have a big shower/bath.

The hotel was in a good location, with a metro station nearby (a 2-minute walk). It was also easy to reach various attractions on foot. Several cafés, restaurants, and bars were located near the hotel. The room was clean and was cleaned daily. The staff was friendly.

PortugalIt's not that we didn't like but it's about technical issues, easy to be solved. The lock inside our door room didn't work and needs fixing. The Cold/Hot water in the shower was the other way around. You would have to turn the faceut to the blue dot to have hot water 😅. Took me a minute to realize this and it is an easy fix.
Location was very good and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel was very quiet and the breakfast served had variety and it was enough.

NetherlandsNothing because a few things we didn't like disappeared with the help of the staff. Breakfast area is small, but we magically fit every day with the shift method hotel uses.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast, especially being able to boil eggs to your liking is a big plus(what a nice idea!). Fresh orange juice is also available. Close to Moulin Rouge, Rue Lepic and the metro.

Germany- the hotel's computer system got my booking wrong although I had checked in online 24h before arrival (after some calls and 20mins of waiting it was resolved) - tiny bathroom and even tinier shower - breakfast was ok but we often had to wait for refills of items (boiled eggs the only hot food)

United KingdomOne of the members team that checked me in, had absolutely no interest. It was a shame because everyone else was lovely. Especially, the lovely lady at breakfast.
Great location, lovely clean room. Staff lovely in general were lovely. Although first member of staff I encountered was unfriendly and not very polite. I got the impression it was because I was English. Five minutes later French speaker visitors arrived and it was a different story.

United KingdomThe price (double room for two, with breakfast included) was questionable value for money at over E200 per night. The Ibis Batignolles, less than a mile north, seemed from the tariff board outside to be about half the price. Place de Clichy is nice and handy, but not THAT special.
