The rooms are a bit dated. The restaurant staff were a bit out of sorts. The day we checked in we wanted to see the pool and we assumed the way to the pool could also be from the restaurant as the steps are connected to it. As soon as we went out a guy saw us and just tried to close the door and keep us outside. The guy had no uniform was in shorts and felt like was a hotel guest. And we came to the door quickly and he says to us this is not the way to the pool. And if you want I can show you the door to the pool. Later we saw that all the restaurant staff were having dinner or something and none was in their uniforms. But it seems they don’t understand that guests don’t live there to know what is what in that hotel. And instead of offering to ask and help they just think shutting the door is hospitality.

The pool is great with kids and the restaurant was good too.

The duvet was super heavy. I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room, which was rather cool on the day (OK better than the heat outside but I could've done with the room being a bit warmer) but then too warm at night with the thick duvet and too cold without. I didn't like that for using the internet I was asked to sign up for some membership (Accor/Ibis!?) and if I don't do that they only provide "slow internet". Admittedly it wasn't that slow; I've had worse (but it could be better). Still, that they try to twist my arms for having me sign up to a membership like this wasn't nice.

Good and clean room, OK breakfast (love their Madeleines, but otherwise nothing special), friendly staff. The in-house restaurant and bar are quite good. Swimming pool use included. Public transport (bus) connection OK, even though Sophia Antipolis isn't optimal for public transport.

There is limited area at the reception area for guest to chill. The toilet at reception could be cleaner & fresher.

There was only one towel in my room. I had to ask for another and the stuff gave me, but I found this different comparing with other time when I stayed here. I was surprised and not in a good way..

1. a bottle of water in the room is normally expected, especially by people travel from far. but there was no water to drink in the room. 2. refrigerator was missing in the room

The sink was very slow at draining, and no one was available to sort it as it was a weekend. Car damaged by thoughtless guest opening car door into our car.

Quiet relaxing location with good facilities. Room is compact and fine if you're organised. Air conditioning is good and the pool is very welcome. There are car charging points.

The room could be a bit bigger. I wish we had stayed there a bit longer, not just one night. 😀 And a fridge would be useful.

The staff were very nice and helpful, most of them speaking English. I liked the bide in the (fairly big) bathroom. It was good that there was a swimming pool. It and the area around it was clean and neat. Breakfast was good, with a lot of variety. And there was a kettle with tea bags and coffee. It is a nice place to spend a few days, relaxing.

Reception clerk spends most of the time in front of the hotel smoking (often together with other staffs). Before I figured this out, I was waiting for quite some time inside. Bathroom was full of hair (so many and so long that I don't understand how a cleaning lady could miss is).

The hotel is nice and for purpose of my stay in a good location. Rooms are spacious for single person and quite well maintained. Breakfast is tasteful with plenty of sweet, salami, cheeses, bread and other food.

In our first room was a bad smell so they change the room. The second could also be better, was a triple room instead of double with the secondary bed with a very dirty bedding... in rest, the room was ok

We book our room at Ibis, but they moved us at Mercure. The two hotels are in the same area. The location is great, we enjoyed a lot the silence and the pool of the hotel. The staff was always kind and helpful. On each floor are water dispensers in the hallway, with cold still or sparkling water. Free parking is a plus and there are a lot of parking places. There are also two restaurants, one at Ibis, and one at Mercure. We liked most the one at the Ibis, La Boucherie.

The aircon was noisy. The shower gel holder was locked in at an inconvenient angle and hard to use. Simple to put right. A fridge would be really useful.

Lovely, quiet location in the hills behind Antibes. The room was compact, which is fine if you're organised. Had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was continental and tasty. The pool was a great way to relax in the afternoon.

The internal bar can be improved. I arrived in the late afternoon and they only had coffee and drinks without anything to eat (even a biscuit). The breakfast is good, but the bar appears like completely different.

Perfect location in a strategic position if you are traveling for work in that area. Good breakfast. Comfortable rooms, the restaurant inside the structure, excellent WiFi Network, and late checkout really appreciated in order to have to possibility to work before leaving the hotel.
