The shower didn't drain massively well - but plenty of hot water and the bathroom was very clean. Carpark attached to the hotel gets quite busy but we found a space easily enough (it's not free with the stay but seemed reasonable for an overnight stay).

Really good sized family room with the kids' beds up on a mezzanine which meant a good night sleep for us all. Clean and comfortable. Just what we needed for an overnight stay to break up the journey from the ferry (about an hour from Caen ferry port).

We would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room, please! Being English, we like to drink a lot of tea!!!

Ideal location to stay in. Parking directly outside. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Nice view of the old town from room. Stayed in a family room with 2 singles beds in the mezzanine, perfect for our kids, ages 9 and 7. Water fountain in reception. Didn't eat there so can't comment on food, but bar looked nice looking out over marina.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, which I personally think is a shame and because of this I will probably not book an Ibis again.

The area is beautiful. We had a sea view room and it was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The Staff, especially the Breakfast staff were lovely. The shower room was excellent. The meal we had in the restaurant was very good. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Far away from the train station. No fridge. No security box. No wifi?

Late check-out - until 12.00! Big room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Nice designed room. Lift. AC. Clean. No carpets! Quiet. In the harbour, very near the Jersey ferry.

I didn't realise the superior rooms had a mezzanine bedroom, so getting up the small staircase proved to be unsuitable for me, although the space and view were appreciated. Solution for the next visit will be to book a standard room.

Location superb. staff so friendly. breakfast very good. Evening meal at the restaurant was excellent. Ready to book my next visit here.

Perfect location by the harbour and short walk into town. Hotel was comfy and clean. We had a duplex room and were able to fit the crib we bought for our 3 month old. Air con in room which was needed as it was over 30 degrees. Good breakfast. Also ate there for dinner and enjoyed our meal. Friendly staff and easy check in and out. You have to pay for parking but it wasn’t too expensive.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the good restaurant on site is an added bonus - nice food.

the hotel is quite dated. whilst the showers are extremely good, so strong you won't want to leave them, still the rest of the hotel hasn't been updated in years, so expect less. the value for money is very good - you get what you paid for, but arrive with fair expectations of sailors who spent days at sea, not as discerned big city crowd.

we had several rooms booked for our group, came for some leisure sailing. the location of the hotel cannot be better. it is literally the most conveniently located hotel. arrival, check in, view from seaside windows all are amazing. all other guests are mainly here for sailing so it is astonishingly nice to sit on the terrace any time of the day. lots of charm, nice affordable breakfast close to full english if needed, not just continental. French people in Granville are unusually pleasant and welcoming to those who dare not to speak French, not a hint of displeasure from inability to reply in French. Very kind! I would always prefer Granville to other places in France for that matter.
