The location is good because it's close to the gare du Nord.. easily accessible to the Metro.. and there's a paid channel to enjoy football!!

It was very quiet when the window was closed, very nice! The bathroom was clean and big enough for 2 people. It was clean and they clean your room everyday, that was nice! The bed was also comfortable!

The hotel was large and only one elevator was working, so getting to and from my floor took 10-15 minutes each time. The elevator to the baggage check was broken so I had to carry two large suitcases up a long flight of stairs so it was very inconvenient.

The rooms were too tiny. There were 3 of us in each room. The train station was a good 15/20 minute walk from Gare Du Nord there was one Ibis much closer but when booking I had no idea. We were on the last train so wanted a hotel very close late at night.

We stayed at Ibis for 2 nights. The rooms were clean, staff friendly and the breakfast was until 11am on weekends which was great. Lots of choice and the children loved it. We ventured out to Saint Germain early the next morning as our Eurostar got us in at 10.30pm. Then we got on a Toot Bus which was incredible for 2 hours and it's valid for 24 hours.

Would have liked a safe in the room to store passport, cash, return tickets etc. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would also have been nice - although there was a kettle and supplies available in the reception lobby so this wasn't too much much of an issue. The only major downside was luggage storage on our day of departure. We had to take our cases down into a dark and dismal basement area and put them into lockers (which required payment according to size) and for which the system for putting them in and getting them out again was quite complicated. When we returned to retrieve our cases, the system didn't work and we had go back upstairs and get a member of staff to come down and sort it out. This was quite stressful as we were under time pressure to get to the station for our train back to London.

The location near the Gare du Nord was the reason for choosing this hotel. The room was bigger than in many similar standard hotels in Paris. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was well fitted and very clean. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.

A big far from visiting places in paris on foot but with metro and busses close it is ok. Did not have a small fridge to keep water cool.

Nice modern hotel, friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable (ours was not big but we could manage with one big luggage). Great bed! Enough plugs. Close to metro stations and main train station, making it easy to access and organize trips.
