The hotel is quite modern, has all you need for a good night sleep, good internet connection, very nice staff. We stayed with our daugther and could have a nice dinner and breakfast in the main room. Located at the city entry you can quickly access everything by car. Definitly recommend it.

United KingdomThe restaurant does not have a dining room for evening meals but an adjacent Campanile offered good evening meals and there are several 'fast food' restaurants nearby. The hotel is not within easy walking distance of the centre of Cahors.
The hotel is easy to find and offers plenty of parking. The pool was a real bonus on a hot day. Breakfast was good

FranceWe requested a garden view but not provided. Cleaning service walked into the bedroom and woke up one of the guests in spite of hanging a "do not disturb" notice on the outside door handle. This type of hotel does not provide coffee or tea making services in the room: OK, but we think that the hotel could hold a stock of small kettles, small service trays etc, available to those guests who specifically ask. We understand providing all rooms would be a significant cost, but having some available would be a good additional quality of service option.
The location is good but not in the city centre nor within walking distance - unless you are a hiker. The breakfast was very good: diverse choice of bread types, classic yoghurts, good range of cheeses, selection of cooked meats, breakfast teas and an automatic 24 hour coffee, hot water, etc dispenser. I think that there is a bar - not sure about evening meals - you will need to check. Polite and helpful reception staff.

United Kingdomwe arrived at about 1645 after a long and tiring journey thanks to the GPS not being updated by Avis. the receptionist was not very helpful. I had hoped for a cup of tea which was not available as there was no kettle etc in our room and nothing available from reception. We asked about the bar being open for a soft drink and was told she didn’t know about the bar she was too busy. we later found there was a complementary coffee machine. Not having a compendium in the room we did not know how to call reception. absolutely no advice from the receptionist who was on duty. we were also not very impressed with the staff clothing. we did not know staff from the people staying.
