Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainI think these days Ibis Budget are too expensive for what you get (they used to be cheaper than the market): the shower and the washbasin in the room. In my hotel room there was no socket next to the mirror. The description on Booking said the room had views, but it was just a highway (but I should say that the windows are soundproof enough).
The good thing about Ibis Budget hotels is that you know what you get. The rooms are functional and the beds are comfortable enough, everything is practical and standardised. I appreciated the air conditioning in this summer heat. Free parking in front of the building is also very handy.

SpainWe had a disagreement with the manager regarding breakfast, as we were reprimanded for taking what was considered too much food (1 mini croissant and 1 mini pain au chocolat each). We were told we didn't consider other guests, though there were no other guests present at the time. Even if there were, shouldn't it be the hotel’s responsibility to ensure enough food for everyone?
The hotel is a typical Ibis Budget, located near the highway, with standard Ibis rooms featuring a small sink in the middle of the room. It’s adequate for a one-night stay, which is what these hotels were originally designed for. The small town nearby is fairly nice, with a walkable city center and some restaurants, although the hotel is not well-connected to it.

Nice breakfast and lovely room to eat in. Big windows with plenty of light. It’s beside the motorway so a perfect place for a motel. There’s a bowling and games centre about 100m from hotel so plenty of evening entertainment.

Cute smart-room with everything one can need in two square meters. Fresh experience, perfect for those seeking a mobile solution. Breakfast was absolutely worth it as for a quick motel stop. 24/7 ATM check-in deserves a separate note for those arriving late, as did we.

Cypruscleanness of toilet could be improved, worst ibis we had: room was so small that sink was in the centre of the room. shower cabin was half transparent and also situated in the middle of the room so if you want to have shower you must ask your child move from his bed. toilet had a door that doesn't reach the ceiling so all sounds and smells came straight to smallest room I ever seen

ItalyI had booked a room for three people and the third bed was not ready: just a box with the blanket inside. Really? The conditions of the toilet, frankly, could be improved; the air conditioning was outdated and some of its functions were broken; the general appearance of the room was little or nothing like the photos available on Booking; an absurd automatic change in the scheduled arrival time in my reservation that I had not requested and that in fact made no sense at all (12:30-21:00???? what?????). And, finally, the funny multilanguage messages in the room. "Maybe it's not written in Spanish. It must be Occitan...", jokes my 12 y.o. son reading the Spanish translation of the written message hanging in the main wall. Ok, it's a "budget" hotel, but you can do everything much, much better, Ibis/Accor.
