How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nice room, comfy beds. Great air conditioning, which was essential as it was scorching hot in Paris when we visited. Very quiet. Overall great room for the budget. Would definitely stay again.

I really liked area around of this Hotel, the neighborhood is quiet with easy access to public transportation , supermarket nearby . It was worth for the price and service.

Couldn't open room window so air conditioning had to be on constant, tv could have had some english channels maybe, but hardly in room long enough to have an impact
For a budget hotel it was great location close to metro tram and bus, great commute to all paris has to offer. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very well organised with friendly staff and a great continental selection.

A basic and clean hotel and very nice buffet breakfast. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Good location within a 10 mins walking to the overground.

The room was clean and nicely maintained, with basic amenities provided. Housekeeping came daily, including fresh towels. The beds were comfortable and the hotel overall was pleasant. There was no storage space in the room, no closet, just a hanger. Although the room was small, it felt cozy and welcoming. Breakfast offered a basic selection, but it lacked variety and fresh vegetables were missing.

It would have been better if there was a hairdryer in the room.

Room service was poor, we only got towels changed. I don’t know if that’s a standard, but we stayed for a week, and it was never clean. Also, staff were rude, they always behaved like we are not guests but thieves

Towels were very small and cheap and there was limited storage in the room for clothes, only around 6 hangers and a small shelf.
Good price for location and time of year. Close to Metro station and the room was quiet and air conditioning worked well.

Small room size for 3 people. Bunk Bed stairs not easy to access. there is also a tendency for a person sleeping on the lower bed to hit the edge of the bunk bed above when getting up.

The air conditioning is not very good, it did cool the room but it took its time and the window couldn't be opened. The triple room with bunk bed over the 2 others are not really suitable for 3 adults, we ended up taking the mattress off the bunk bed and putting it on the floor as access is up a ladder next to the wall with a shelf in the way so this is only really suitable for children.
Close to Porte D'Orlean Metro Station so getting around was easy. Room and hotel were clean, and staff were polite.

I did not touch breakfast. As a single traveler - I was not happy with the room that had 2 single beds AND a bunk bed!!!
